What software are you using to capture? I recommend using Stremlabs OBS and downloading the OpenVR plug-in. It will fix the VR distortions and give you the look you see from other streamers / youtubers.
Their B Model is from 1996 and is prior to the DFCS upgrade. The NATOPS manual that is floating around , found online, is much newer and a good portion of it does not apply to the HB B cat.

It's just how the game works. If you could get your CPU clock higher, you would lose less FPS with those settings. I have zero difference with Shadows of or on High with my setup. I am usually around 45 FPS with or without.
yes, it is called final bearing in Case 3.
Marshal assigns the altitude blocks, with 1,000 ft spacing starting at 2,000 ft. Case 3, they start at 6,000 ft at 21 nm.
Ok boy and girls. Here is the issue, we are not pressing straight down on the trim hat, but are instead pulling it at an angle. I was able to remedy this issue by also mapping trim down and up to the Down Right, Down Left, Up Right and Up Left buttons on the 8 way trim hat.
I am no longer running into this "unresponsive trim" issue.
The BRC is the heading of the ship, not the final bearing or heading of the landing area. During Case 1, Marshal will provide you with the BRC (Base Recovery Course) or heading of the ship to allow for proper overhead alignment. IF it were Case 3, you would get a "Final Bearing" instead of the BRC from Marshal.
