Then use the F-15C, it's the aircraft created for that role, single seat so you don't have to share anything, no (so hated) CFTs, much better thrust to weight ratio, same amount of missiles, no wierd AG corks for non sweaty players and even a better radar, why in heaven would you choose a fast bomb truck for PvP air to air?

Yeah +1 It's funny that most question of the Muhden are about removing CFTs than about actual F-15E capabilities.

AIM-9 were only tested by portuguese air force but never managed to make them work, AS-20 are pretty much the same, in theory it has that capability but nobody ever used them AFAIK. So the G.91 will stick pretty much to unguided rockets and bombs.

Nice, didn't know about that but remember that all block 10 has been upgraded to block 15 standard, so maybe part of those kills were made by block 10 that were in fact block 15

AMX replaced the G.91, they are both little cheap light attacker withsome frighter capabilities but one made in the late '50s and one in the early '90s. Honsetly while the G.91 is one of my favourite aircrafts is not competitive in any DCS scenario, limited with only 2 or 4 dumb bombs (and not very big ones) and no guidance of any kind is make this very light attack aircraft meybe more of a light fighter but still less powerful than a Sabre. On the other hand the AMX can be a real little monster, 4 pylons with the ability to carry two bombs per pylon, LGB included, ventral TGP and a couple of AIM-9L or IRIS-T, M61 vulcan or two 30mm DEFA with radar lock guidance. It's not an A-10 but it can be treat as a Harrier.

I think the AMX is a good plane for DCS, right now there is a lack of european aircrafts and while we have a reasonably good fighter like the Mirage there are no ground attackers. Yes there is the Viggen and it will come the Tornado but they are two very dedicated aircrafts, not the most versatile CAS planes. The best ground attacker we could ask for is a Harrier Gr.7/9 but as far as I understood british new(ish) planes will never be a thing so the AMX is the best we can get. And it's a cool looking plane.

Onestamente è quello che un'azienda di gaming deve fare. Indubbiamente non è un processo piacevole per tutti ma il comparto audio-grafico deve andare di pari passo col resto dello sviluppo. Se si smette di sviluppare questo reparto si trasformerà in un gioco sempre più di nicchia e quindi con sempre meno finanziamenti, fino alla potenziale chiusura del titolo. Tenere un gioco volontariamente visivamente brutto per avere ottime prestazioni su computer che hanno più di 10 anni di vita non è una scelta commerciale azzeccata. Inoltre la tecnologia dei PC sta avanzando a un ritmo esorbitante e non usare queste conoscenze solo per accontentare utenti storici sarebbe addirittura stupido, per fare un paragone è come se una marca di auto decidesse di produrre una macchina senza airbag, aria condizionata, infotainment e tutte le cose venute fuori da 20 anni a sta parte solo per dire "però costa meno della concorrenza", vi lascio immaginare quanto venderebbe. Ricordo che quando si è passati dalla 1.2 alla 1.5 ho dovuto cambiare computer principalmente per poter giocare a DCS ma è una scelta di cui non mi sono mai pentito (visto che il PC è molto utile per un sacco di altre cose), li per li non ero contento ma non potevo chiedere che il mondo si fermasse per me.

Ciao, visto che sono il Mission maker del mio gruppo e sto cercando di fare le missioni più storicamente accurate possibili mi piacerebbe avere qualche informazione sul'MLU. In primis di che anno è il Mid Life Upgrade del 339? Quali nazioni lo hanno ricevuto e quali operano ancora o hanno operato fino all'ultimo con il legacy A del '79? Tecnicamente quali sono le modifiche che ha comportato questo aggiornamento? (immagino che il GPS sia una di quelle se non la più importante) Ci sono differenze a livello di armamento, motore o aerodinamica? (ho studiato un pochino e credo che la risposta sia no ma meglio chiedere) Grazie infinite per chi saprà rispondermi
