  1. I bought REX and A2A's Corsair, i have to save money for the Accusim razorback....expensive but really looks worth it; any thoughts?? Also, I bought a new harddrive just for FSX, the addons and tileproxy, reinstalled and followed the guides here: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/forumdisplay.php?f=53 ...and my FPS in FSX has almost doubled!! It is a massive PITA to install properly, and restart your comp after every addon is added, but what a huge difference!! I haven't reinstalled tileproxy yet cuz im enjoying the 60fps, but will soon...
  2. Thanks for the reply Jim, I appreciate it... We all want this product to succeed, and I'm sure there are a few customers out there who do not download their sims/games from the internet! (or order from ebay)
  3. Yeah GG, I'm not trying to say that ED doesn't want to distribute here, I'm sure they do! (sorry for coming off that way) Wags stated earlier that BestBuy and LondonDrugs will be stocking shelves, and it is listed as 'on order' @ LondonDrugs..... but they do not have any copies in the warehouse or on the shelves, which to me screams 'distribution KINK'!! I dont know the cause of the KINK, hence aforemention pondering.... I've got the Russian digital copy, but cant wait to get my hands on 2-3 boxed English copies, and I know many other Canucks out here waiting for the same......
  4. Great pit! When can we expect the 'blue' version?!
  5. I wonder why it is not on store shelves in Canada?? There are many canadians on these forums, and many interested.... There are more Canadian skin mods for the Black Shark than any other country I think, that would be a small sign of interest for this product....I really hope the distribution kinks are worked out for the upcoming DCS series addons.
  6. Awesome, good work!! and dont let 'em take you alive!!!
  7. Still no sign of BS here in stores....wondering if anyone else has had luck finding a hard copy? Any comment from ED?
  8. Wow, thanks for the hard work you put in!!
  9. My card is at 626core/1349shader/1053mem and if I budge it even slightly I will crash or get artifacts when viewing a webpage! I did however raise my fan speed from 40 to 55 to keep my temps a little lower, because I thought 58 was even high....not that i know anything about these cards.
  10. Odd, I tried to bump up my settings on my GTX260Core216 using EVGA precision, and I get memory crashes if i move it the slightest bit!? Anyway, my card doesnt go over 58 C, and 80+ sounds extemely high IMHO...i know its for diff cards, but still sounds way too hot.
  11. I deleted the key commands for the 1,2,3 and used those. They are usually reserved for Abris buttons or something I use the clickable cockpit for.
  12. A tip: Do NOT use notepad to edit; Use Notepad++!!
  13. Hopefully when OLED becomes more mainstream we can expect a lot more choices like this at a reasonable price... ...I'm drooling over it, but could never justify spending over $1000 on a single display! (justify to my accountant/wife of course.)
  14. Looking really good Cat!! Do your ammo readouts work? It looks like they do...
  15. Those look cool, would be nice to have a set of touchscreens that were USB! P.S welcome to the forums gents.
  16. I want one!
  17. It was a poll on their website about what kind of stick customer would like to see on shelves, and X52 with FFB was the #1 vote. That was right after they were purchased by MadCatz so maybe soon...
  18. Welcome back!
  19. Sweet!
  20. While driving you are constantly scanning the treelines for that telltale puff of smoke that signals a manpad launch.....and even though the launch never comes, you dare not stop because you know those bas**rds are just waiting for you to let your guard down.
  21. Nice website, no prices though; you ask for quotes it seems. Also noticed these on the site...http://www.apem.co.uk/Switch_joysticks.html There is a USB2.0 joystick interface board to program with 3 analog axis and 8 buttons or so....that could be useful. The switch guards you found look good, and there is a few different types. Let me know what kind of prices you find!
  22. I'm excited about this release...something different!
  23. This is the best stick I've used so far!! I just finished it today, and WOW is it fun to use!
  24. Take your time finishing the pit, looks amazing so far!
