  1. This is a bit besides your question but: The activation is in your registry. As long as it stays there, the open beta as well as any new version will be able to see it. As to whether there will still be a version that can detect an activated version of BS1, we don't know either way, but as long as there is no information to the contrary, i would assume that it will still work.
  2. Just sayin, i'm running a 2GB vram 7870, a 3 1/2 years old card that wasn't top of the line when it was released and i can't say that i'm not satisfied with the performance i get. So all you guys getting their panties in a bunch over the specs:
  3. It only counts if you physically add or remove a piece of hardware from the list above (not peripherals like mouse, keyboard, etc.), the only exception being if you reinstall your operating system.
  4. That depends, did you change any other hardware around since you last activated? Edit: Here is a list that explains how the system works with hardware change: If StarForce detects changes to your computer hardware/software as described below, an activation will be required. An activation will be required if the hardware/software changes exceed 12 points as rated below: CPU ID: 13 Windows PID: 3 Computer Name: 3 Hard drive volume serial number: 3 MAC address: 6 RAM amount: 6
  5. Die Animation wurde weggelassen. Über die Gründe kann ich nur raten, vermutlich weil man die Pedale so gut wie nicht sieht.
  6. How about 'no'? ;)
  7. Probably a bit hard to get data on those old airframes.
  8. It works in Chrome, it just doesn't work in your Chrome. Help us to help you by kindly supplying the information i requested in my previous post.

Could also be that they want to reduce the memory footprint of a map. That would necessitate running real time procedural generation though.
  10. Anything you require assistance with?
  11. Not that i know of. If that ever happened, it was out of goodwill, there is no obligation on part of ED to do so.
  12. Not that i am aware of, care to make one? :)
  13. BFM means basic fighter maneuvers, vulgo dogfighting.
  14. What browsers are you guys on? Do you run a script/ad blocking plugin in your browser? Do you run some sort of anti virus plugin in your browser? What antivirus do you use?
  15. It is also a matter of priorities. Fixing visual issues on a product that is being supported for what, 3(?) years during a developmental dry spell (other projects binding a lot of ressources) is not going to make a headline on the agenda.
  16. No, nothing more is required.
  17. I can't, the admin has to edit the database manually, which is why we encourage users not to take a name change lightly.
  18. Yes, if you re-register, you break our forum rules. We will need your intended new username. Please take the time and check beforehand whether that name is taken or not.
  19. I prefer the triangle.
  20. Time for a revival: In August i spent three weeks on the island of Formentera where i built an electric guitar. Mine is the one in the middle with the maple top, along with the guitars of the other attendants of the course.
  21. If ED would want to talk about it, they'd do. That's all we need to know.
  22. It seems like through some update or what have you the "life expectancy" of the unread status of threads was once again introduced. Maybe it was a performance decision, but if not, we can probably ask const to turn it off again.
  23. Post gelöscht. Es reicht jetzt mit dem OT Blödsinn. Wenn ihr euch die Schädel einschlagen müsst, dann macht das gefälligst nicht in der Öffentlichkeit.
  24. Jetzt wirds "langsam" wirklich haltlos off topic.
  25. Yes, we know of at least 2 to 3 products that are used by military clients, although what they use is different from the consumer version.
