  1. I am doing new build research myself as my rig has not benefitted. I will be following this thread for advise as well. Thanks for the post.
  2. How will the implementation of MT impact settings for NVidia control panel? In other words, what would be the recommended changes if not default?
  3. Yeah, I checked the Mission editor, there is nothing there to indicate that W01 should be there? nullnull
  4. I didnt add any waypoints. I will look at the mission editor later today and look again, bit im fairly sure there was nothing assigned there. Thanks
  5. Ahhh, is that what that symbol means,,,, hmmm. So far, so good. the other thing is, in this mission, the Apache has (1) waypoint in its sytem, yet, there is nothing there, and nothing was assigned to be there. The spot is literally a location with nothing around it but ground? null
  6. Thanks for the response. I know it is bullseye because I was working with the guy who created this mission. We were trying to figure out why bullseye was showing up in the Apache as "C89". Below is a screen shot of where Bullseye was placed on the map in the Mission editor, labeled as C89. Yes, there is a FARP at Bulls with units as seen below. null
  7. Why would Bullseye show up on my Apache map as "C89"? I dont understand the label? Please advise, thanks. null
  8. I am trying to figure out the appropriate procedure for use on a Multiplayer server, when operating a single vehicle (not a group). Im talking about no previously assigned routes created in the Mission Editor, Im talking about when you create your own route in the F10 map. Example: If I go into F10 map and select a vehicle, create a route, and once its on its way, I then hop in it. Once in it, I want it to continue on the route I assigned, so I engage AutoPilot, it just stops. What is the procedure to be able to hop in and out? And If I do hop in and take control, and want it to proceed on the initial route, can you? Or do you have to re-create a new route every time you hop in and take control?
  9. I realize this is an old post, but I looked for another one related specifically to AutoPilot in a vehicle, but didnt really find what I was looking for. 10. Fair enough, I will just prioritize the numbers,, thanks for the simple confirmation guys!
  11. The plot thickens! I appreciate the feedback,,, I am now scratching my head even more now though. I have all these charts but they are a bit convoluted
  12. Im confused about something. If (for example) I see a "2" on my RWR, I get that its a SA-2 site, and from my understanding, there a multiple components for that site. In this example, lets say it has: (1) Launcher, a Track Radar and a Search Radar. The Track Radar (Fan Song) would have a RWR symbol of "FS". The Search Radar (Flat Face) would have a RWR symbol of "FF". So what physical site component actually is the "2" representing in the RWR or the F-16 Viper HAD for that matter? Thanks, null
  13. I am having a problem with the Aiming slew rate being so minute within Combined Arms ONLY. It takes me 15 swipes of the mouse (Left to Right) to move it 90 degrees. Same matter with going vertical. The mouse DPI is set perfectly for everyday Windows 10 use and for moving around in any of the Aircraft cockpits for all the modules I have for DCS. For some reason, when I get in any of the views for any vehicle, its almost useless to try and aim at something. I have been doing Google searches, looked into the Combined Arms Keybinding options and searched for topics on this matter. I have not found any discussions. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,
  14. Got it now thanks,,, Banjo Vid really helped alot for sure,,, so did my search for "Smoke Marker" in the manual. Thanks, null
  15. Thanks for both of those responses, I will check them out in a couple hours. What are you referring to when you say: " just go into the mission editor and scroll down all of the items and see what's there." Are you referring to all the icons on the Left side of the Mission Editor or are you referring to the drop down options in the trigger menu? Man, havnt seen a vid from Banjo in I dont know how many years, that was in deed helpful. Thanks
  16. I appreciate the feedback, but right now, I have no smoke effect at all because I dont really know what to set for each of those categories. I mean, I tried last nite for a couple of hours to get something to work, but nothing worked that I tried from trying to put pieces together from what I have read and watched. Thats why I am dropping back and punting in hopes someone can advise of what to enter in each option.
  17. Sorry to have dug up an old post, but I have been searching for a couple of hours, and this is the only post I have found that is most relative to my question, but it is very outdated. I am simply trying to put smoke on a target area just for target practice, and I just want it constant, but I wouldnt mind knowing how to have it turn off once targets are killed either, but primarily, I just want it to stay on. I put a Trigger Zone on the map (Smoke 1). I do NOT have much time fiddling with the Mission Editor other then what I have watched on Youtube as of yesterday. If someone could please advise as to what to enter into the (3) columns (Triggers/ Conditions/ Actions), I would appreciate the help, thanks. null
  18. If they would just put the darn info back on the top tool bar, problem solve for what I posted for!
  19. Since this appears to now be reasonably functional, the question I have is,,, is it better to use this in Radar Altitude Hold or Barometric IF your intent is to hover? Im not asking about while cruising, thanks
  20. Well,, thanks for looking into it, hope the next choice is better received, thanks.
  21. Most people would agree with that, so you can actually see the info.
