  1. Hey guys, throttle, stick, 10cm extension, Foxx mounts. $550 US all in, you pay postage, I'm in Vancouver Canada. Please pm. Craigslist post here https://vancouver.craigslist.org/nvn/sop/d/north-vancouver-thrustmaster-warthog/7178570680.html
  2. How is any B17 harder than say the F14 Heatblur are making? Multicrew is in its early stages, yes, but otherwise there's no radar or anything overly technical to code. I would love to see the B17 added. AWACs would be tough I would guess, though.
  3. Most modules on steam can be transferred over. The only one that was a problem was the l39 which I haven't got on standalone now
  4. You are missing the DMT (?) Switch to the right of the Nav rotating switch, the one you turn in front of the joystick. It's three letters and starts with a D. That is defaulted on when you hot start, iirc
  5. They're honestly all good, you should get both. Enjoy!
  6. Okay the Harrier is young, but it handles, it's fast enough to be entertaining, it's only going to get better. And when it can use it's targeting pod, you'll be able to carry a shitload of GBU-12s. The problem with the A10 for me is it's a flying computer. You actually fly it is boring, but it's also a huge learning curve. It's very very effective, yes, but personally the Harrier wins, and not just because it's new. I also like the Viggen however the required level of pre-planning for multiplayer public servers is frustrating.
  7. You can't expect much with my little pony at the wheel
  8. I believe so. Below the fuel counter turn the knob to desired bingo Hit pumps, carry on, auto off. I think it works
  9. You need the DST switch next to the NAV dial in front of the stick.
  10. I need this in my life.
  11. I have read that Comm 2 doesn't work. not sure on that. In the mission editor, set the freq to 127.5 which is the default comm 1 freq, or any freq on Comm 1 presets, that way you need only cycle through
  12. If you're landing on a moving carrier after the most recent patch, it's bugged. Land on a stationary one. This will be fixed, then you can land on a moving one just fine.
  13. Same issue regarding switching weapons and the Mav needing the STBY for 3 mins again. Otherwise they work pretty great.
  14. Not yet implemented autopilot.
  15. You need to use NWS, search for it, works like the f5. Search for it in the pocket guide it'll talk you through it.
  16. The F5 is an excellent airframe and easy to fly. Missing out.
  17. Honestly, you'd get me on your server more if there was less silly F15's and Su's slinging missiles at silly ranges. I get that the weapon is capable of it, but not only are those planes super easy, due to the lack of full fidelity, to manage, but they also have the most powerful weapons. It's fun finding ground targets and it's a great open server for all types, I just find it frustrating playing against F15's, especially when a lot of aircraft don't have IFF and all aircraft are on both teams, so it's impossible to visually ID something quickly. It leaves me playing on ACG Cold War all the time, which means I don't get to play my Mirage, but does give close combat, shorter - more visual - ranges. It does miss out on some of the cool features of your server though. I appreciate everyone needs a place to go, and that the men with the clubs need some seals to bash, I just feel Flaming Cliffs A/C should be kept apart from full fidelity ones.
  18. Hey guys, Great campaign and all, except this mission I fire up, set off, get to waypoint 2 @ 15,000' as assigned. No chatter with the other flight, no conversation with my wingman, unlike the youtube video I watched of the same mission. After flying past waypoint 2, I circle back and an explosion goes off, we're told to continue, but the other flight that is supposed to follow doesn't talk/follow or anything. Bugged? Or just me being rubbish? Followed it to the letter, Waypoint 1 @ 5000', Waypoint 2 at 15000'. Thanks Izo
  19. You can fly a 172 in real life for as many hours as you would want to fly one if you didn't purchase the Warthog, massive monitor, speakers and computer. In fact for a full on sim setup you could get a PPL I bet. Lets not have a 172, the most boring of boring planes. lol
  20. Checked your Axis bindings? Often they come default assigned to basically everything. As in, "Assign Axis" on the DCS Control Setup page in the options. You'll probably find that one of the throttles is assigned to "rudder" as well.
  21. Thank you guys, this is what makes the viggen great! Having something awesome to do :D
  22. Probably not being as the computer uses 6 digits, and that format uses 7
  23. Seems best, to me at least, on TAKT 80004 - Bearing Mode. Two kills with it in two short sorties on the MP RB15 mission. It is SO COOL.
  24. Evidence would suggest people don't like things being standalone anymore, what with the recent complete meltdown from some people of it dropping on the Open Beta. lol
