  1. Just a quick response. Try putting the OnSpawnGroup() before SpawnScheduled().
  2. Its just luck of the draw. What they do is record all "inputs" (joystick, whatever else). Then those are used to play back. If anything at all messes with that your replay is done with. Instead they should be just recording position of all objects like TacView does. Then replaying back would be a simple and would work every single time. I know their response is that they do this to be able to debug issues with inputs and whatever else. But they should just call that debug and create a new feature called replay which does what tacview does. They can leave the other as a debug or combine the two.
  3. I don't see your mission in this .miz? Are you doing everything through a trigger (ie. your code is part of the inline trigger?). I only opened this up on my desktop. I didn't load it in DCS as of yet.

  5. I think perhaps the ZONE CAPTURE functionality is part of a beta release so it might not be in the latest stable release that you are looking at.
  6. No, you don't have to do a thing or change the way you use VR at the moment. The eye tracker knows where your eyes are looking. That is the whole idea of Foviated rendering. Also, I would bet the the game engine doesn't have to support it.

  11. I just always leave it on. Not sure there is a good reason not to turn it on!!
  12. Don't wait, just jump in if you are looking for immersion. The immersion will be way beyond anything you can imagine.
  13. I think this is something new with the new Oculus software. Although it’s been around for a while for me with gloves being displayed in DCS. Seems to be worse now though with the new Oculus software. I haven’t found a way to disable that shit yet.
  14. I thought when I looked at your LUA it was Moose but maybe I downloaded and then looked at the wrong file. In either case its the same thing whether you are using the scripting engine directly. I doubt they will fix anything like this or even see it as an issue.
  15. If you know LUA scripting or can learn a little bit look into either MIST or Moose framework.
  16. I usually record using OBS from my in-game perspective. Then if the track replay works at all I grab some external footage etc. But lately I can't even be bothered with even wasting my time as 99.9% of the time the track replay will not work reliably enough. Its just a waste of time trying.

  18. I see you are using Moose and this is very normal. You also won't get stats updated on that page either. This is definitely normal when using Moose and perhaps anything that uses the scripting environment to spawn units / groups. You're going to have to live with this one unless they change this entire thing in 2.5 but I highly doubt it.

  20. Just call this feature Debug and not Replay as this is what it is. Practically worthless to most people. Only useful for some debugging. Maybe even hide it away somewhere or have an option to turn on Debugging.
  21. Read 4 posts up. The author has to update it due to DCS changes so until then it ain’t going to work.
  22. I think I have seen this behavior in 1.5.8 as well. 1.5.7 they would land at FARPS. I can’t say for sure but now when reading this it reminded me that I was surprised seeing choppers land at airfields which I have never seen in a particular mission. They have always landed at the FARPS before.
  23. Those are from Moose. It is what FC uses. It is currently not working in MP in some situations from what I understand.
  24. Can you disable MIST, CTLD and CSAR and just load Moose to test? That was the first thing I was going to do but couldn't even open in the ME!! Which is very odd to begin with. What version of DCS BTW?
  25. Thought it would be way easier to just try loading your mission and modify if needed. BUT, I can't even load it in the ME. It crashes DCS. First time I can remember any mission crashed on attempting to load in the ME. It could be I don't have the mods you are using though. What I was going to do is take your mission and strip it down to the bare essentials and see if this is a Moose issue or not.
