  1. +1 and the next one can be seen in your sig -the Hornet I think I'll have to build a cockpit for that one... But I'm not yet sure where it should fit in :music_whistling:
  2. :worthy: It's going to be awesome!
  3. Aaaaand I'm feeling free to quote myself The above also applies to russia, it seems What a shame  if this would have happened months ago, maybe yes, but just 2 weeks before? Seriously? EDs "no politics" rule should also apply to reality :protest:
  4. No screenshots (nobody said that anyway...) But here, I did the searchy for you.... :glare: http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2140824&postcount=305 http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2141092&postcount=318 Edit: thx muppetlord, forgot about that one
  5. BST isn't a real 3rd party, it's actually EDs former Office in Belarus (as far as I understand) That's why it's BELsimtek.
  6. Go for the MiG, it has a radar and is more complex in general. I already have the F-86 and my opinion is, that it doesn't have much to offer
  7. No, seriously the only thing you will get from this, is Google Chrome or other diseases
  8. The cockpit looks like the original cockpit of old Mi-24As http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mil_Mi-24#mediaviewer/File:Mil_Mi-24A_Hind.jpg But the rest is pure fiction...
  9. Thanks guys :cry_2: So I will have to spend a few bucks to fully enjoy the -21, EDGE and mostly NEVADA :notworthy:
  10. Can you guys give us an estimate for the minimum system requirements? Because I think the time for my rig will come to an end with 2.0.0.... Intel i7 920 @3.4GHz, 6Gb RAM, XFX GTX285 Black Edition It's getting already critical now with explosions, ground clutter while flying low etc.
  11. What about the early access is this still planned? And how is my ED account linked with my backer account on indiegogo? It would be great if I could see the backed 21 in the my orders list so I have the serials all together
  12. A closed one for fu-,.... Eh please? :argue:
  13. Did you ever take a look, at how FSX aircrafts are "coded"? ridicolous The FSX flight model is arcade you could go play GTA it's close to it, my opinion. But I have to say that the scenerys look better and the wheater systems seems to be way ahead of DCS. (Switzerland pro, I love it) But look at all the garbage that was sold for the same prices DCS stuff is sold. My biggest fault was the IRIS MiG-29 (FS9), bad textures, horrible cockpit, absolutely no systems modeled. FSX doesn't simulates engines, hydraulics or anything, I flew the F-86 on the back last evening... Do it, observe it, do the same in FSX and compare the effects! It is absolutely no problem to this even with a 747 ... I played FS9 for a very long time, I preordered FSX and was disappointed by it but anyway kept playing both of them until I discovered LOMAC and later when BS came out, I wasn't touching it very often and since the A-10C beta, with a glimpse on Nevada (ah the memories=) ) it died for me.... At last: I demand a shrubbery for the DCS garden!
  14. :notworthy::cheer3nc::beer: 1st time I'm visiting this thread, exactly found what I wanted to see -> not old prop museum stuff planned, thanks guys. I think we've seen this over and over again
  15. Burning take off, shoot down 4 patrolling aircraft, take out 2 AAAs and: Nuke'em :megalol: :pilotfly:
  16. Damn! The first loadout, awesome!
  17. Said, 2014  :helpsmilie:
  18. :joystick::pilotfly::joystick::pilotfly: :D
  19. Don't spend too much time on thinking bout them whiners, they're aswell whining in the VEAO, EDGE Nevada and Belsimtek sub-forums. And as said above that's exactly why EDs communication evolved to what it is now... The same thing years ago But anyway I would REALLY appreciate a locked thread with all the coming official statements, the best would be if you'd quote questions and answer them there, because else everybody has to go through this chit-chat and whining. I would have missed a LOT of interesting facts (like the armament screenshots) if I wouldn't spend an hour every day checking this forum...
  20. I think you got that wrong: if they release it now that's great and all BUT one day, the whole graphical engine changes (EDGE) and there are lots of lots graphical and model bugs coming up - whining ensues. "Why ,when, it's only 2 two months old get that sh*t to work etc" In their position I also wouldn't optimize this for the coming engine and adapt it to work with the old one. Then 2 months (DON'T! it's an example) later the whole work is obsolete... My 2 cents: they optimize it inernally for the upcoming, still evolving EDGE (I guess), get rid of most of the bugs, FPS friendlyness (please!) and the they will ship it with EDGE
  21. This stuff is insane :doh::doh: (not LS!)
  22. :smartass: Glad to hear that :music_whistling:
  23. Then comes freshly milled F/A-18 homepit integration into former fuel oil storage room
  24. The Pilatus PC-21 has a thing called "interseat sequencing system" there is a three position switch: solo, both and rear Solo-solo flights... Rear-front seat pulling, rear seat doesn't fire (used for "passengers" like higher army staff, we don't have generals =), visitors and other untrained people) Rear seat pulls the handle-both eject Both- no matter who pulls the handle both get ejected-used with for pilot trainees/normal flights Rear seat fires with 0.17 sec delay, front seat 0.54 sec delay, always the same Seats: Martin-Baker zero-zero seats The front cockpit canopy has an explosive wire just like the BAe Hawk And the seats have a yellow mark which shows up when the seat isn't latched correctly, this is an important point which we had to check after/before every flight In our air force the ground crew is doing every inspection pre/post flight and then the aircraft is handed over to the pilot
