  2. When using the mission generator, anything else than 0 wingmen will give you four of them, happens every time. Also in the briefing window it states "Flight: A-10C*641" this should be "A-10C*1" (or whatever) I think this is linked to this crash Because I tried to generate a F-15C mission with one wingman three times in a row and it crashed every time, then I tried it with zero and it didn't crash and then I could change the number and it let me generate it. EDIT: I think this is the same bug #32767 (http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=153037)
  3. To me it looked like he was buddy lasing the target (1:28 ) because the missile seems to be far off the AC, but the pipper on his HUD is clearly on target :huh:
  4. Sometimes my game crashes when I'm using the mission generator. Here's a description of what I did: Advanced mode A-10C changed several settings hit "Generate mission" the background screen came up stating "Loading" then it crashed I can't reproduce this (yay...) every time, but it wasn't the first time this happened to me. Also I select one wingman but 3 appeared beside me several times already. (Though this one would be a second bug?) Logs are attached Logs.zip

  6. Don't tell me things like this! :shocking: I doubt that ED will release the Hornet without thinking about a proper environment, I'm thinking of the "Strait of Hormuz" map (where did that go?, what a flashback totally forgot about it!) and a carrier

  8. I've created a new mission and this doesn't happens, but the other mission seems to be broken. A few clicks work, but then it gets stuck. MG.miz
  9. I started a A-10C mission that I've created using the mission generator. Now I'm having the following problem: After a few selections in the radio menu, no more F-keys are accepted. It still works for the views but when I press any mic switch I can't select anything nor leave the sub-menu using F11. There's a track attached. Of course you can't see me hitting F3-request startup but you can see how the views are switched as soon as the menu is closed. This doesn't happens when I start a mission in flight and it is reproducable... a-10 comms blocked.trk

  13. It could be, that I misinterpreted the position of the stick's safety switch... It is ARMED in the position showed in VBDJT_Vipers post ooor I could blame ED: they fixed it now in v. 1.5.1.47025 :music_whistling: Anyway this is solved and to me it works as intended now :doh:

  15. I think this kind of stuff is already there since the beginning, since you normally fly over it at Mach 0.7+++ it didn't bother, but with Combined Arms these sort of things are annoying. (Just like the "below-terrain water" effect, I hate it when I'm speeding over water with the Huey!) My guess: Since trees are spawned over the map in a random manner and their not collidable objects, there is no chance to prevent this Maybe this will change with the NTTR map and DCS 2.0 HINT!, HINT! :music_whistling:
  16. After switching both, the green and red jettison buttons it worked for the first time (just minutes ago), then I tired it again and it didn't! There is definitely something fishy about this smoke
  17. Hi, I think I found something: (I was flying in solo mode) there is a button "hanging" in the air inside the front cockpit (left side) just behind the throttle, it's pretty obvious if you move you're head around with the TrackIR see attachment

  20. Hi, As far as I know every time you buy something from EDs shop you have to tell your shipping adress. Mine is filled automatically since Ialredy bought some modules so this keeps saved. The other thing: the MiG-21 is still in beta status (I believe) but you are only buying the licence key for it, you can already download it but you won't be able to use it unless you enter your key

  23. How'd they target ISIS with A-A missiles? :huh: Already wondered when I saw it on TV. Does anyone knows why they're flying double seaters, is it the Su-27UB, I thought it was only for training pilots. btw: Swiss Air Force does has the same chute procedure with their F-5E Tiger II aircraft, they drop it at the end of the runway and ground crew picks it up by car
  24. According to their website they're operating 27 MiG-21s, could be quite expensive and comlicated...
