Beta builds are feature complete so your statement doesn’t make any sense.

This isn’t a small number of customers, but the fact that you choose to interpret it this way is telling. Steam early access of for software that is in Alpha or Beta. Let’s review the software development lifecycle definitions. Alpha excerpt “The alpha phase usually ends with a feature freeze, indicating that no more features will be added to the software.” Beta excerpt “A Beta phase generally begins when the software is feature complete but likely to contain a number of known or unknown bugs.” These are clear industry standard definitions, not some misunderstanding from your customers. You guys aren’t the only ones who work in technology and while wordplay might sound good to some who don’t know any better, some of us do know better. Labeling it as early access is appropriate until it is feature complete. Posting an incomplete module to your store page as a completed one is dishonest and is everything wrong with the software industry. If you hold this community in such high regard and you claim then do the right thing and keep the label on as long as it should have it.

I would suspect that in the dcs code base the multiplayer and single player are pretty coupled together. I would rather they spend the time to fix it as a whole then by taking the time to strip the mp and sp apart and then later on have to put it back.

After the last update the raid button is not working to narrow the tpod field of view or toggle flir.

Do you release directly to a customer test environment without a qa period between code freeze and test environment release? We have a month buffer between the two.

After the last update I am unable when wings folded to go back to NWS from NWS HI when wings are folded. I have to use paddle switch to turn off NWS and then turn NWS on again.

Nobody knows what their position is and they don't seem to want to clarify.

I think if you actually talked to a person about it you might get some help. Maybe the community managers here could shed some light on the SU-33 issue or direct you to the right person? If it considers the SU-33 an item integral to SC the. Maybe it’s in the steam store incorrectly and needs to be looked into.

No idea, I don’t speak lawyer, but what I do know is that EULAs are not always binding and are subject to your local laws as well. A lawyer would cost more than $35 though.

I’m unsure about steam, but it sounds as if ED is refusing refunds unless they miss the new release window of 5-31-2020, I believe. Please correct if wrong.

Here’s some constructive criticism add more buffer time to your dates and get better at customer relations. That’s all most people here are asking for. Not only was SC delayed but the viper completion estimate was changed to next calendar year.

The fact that you and people like you can’t fathom that people are upset and continue to try and big d!ck is with your stories about how soft we are really show your true character. People are entitled to their opinions even if you don’t like it. Spare me your tales of adversity both my wife and I are disabled combat veterans and I find your boo boo story about utility bills and adversity laughable but by all means keep lecturing me on how soft I am.

That’s the reason why we all have to put up with them. I’m not throwing shade at you specifically, but that attitude is why this will continue to happen.
