I've seen the devs post somewhere that this will NOT be a thing, at least not any time in the near future. Apparently it's a lot of work to program that in, and they said it's not a top priority for them right now. Too much other stuff to work on, I guess. I'll see if I can find the post.

What days do you guys fly/train?

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or not, as I'm not too familiar with SRS, yet, but... When I connect to the Through the Inferno server, and set up SRS to the frequency for the 2.1 server ( 252 ), all radio traffic sounds like it's for 1.5. Anyone else experience this?

Can't say for sure, but I believe he is simply saying that the main menu theme music that Belsimtek used on the F-5 is way more suited to the F-14. I don't think he's saying it's better than whatever you guys have chose/are choosing.

I like to take a centerline with me, at least somewhat close to the AO, just in case. Once I get near any action, I drop the tank.

Are you able to record your gameplay? I flew on NTTR last night, taking off from Nellis. I did my turn, to fly west over Vegas, set my trim almost immediately, and walked away to get a drink. It stayed pretty level, except a SLIGHT right bank, because the right tank is heavier.

What rockets, specifically, are you using?

Just a warning, if you are carrying any bombs or rockets, and you hit the emergency jettison, you will lose those, as well. It drops everything but your wing-tip missiles.

Yeah, I didn't see that you had listed the Mirage under your purchased aircraft.

Why not just get the standalone and transfer everything you have. Doesn't look like you have the Mirage, which is the only thing that won't transfer over. If you're one of the people worried about payment issues, I use paypal, and have never had a scam/fraud problem. If you're worried about the long updates, they aren't that often, and as long as you keep up with them, it's really not too bad. I used to use the Steam version, but it feels so limited in what you can/cannot purchase.

I've recently dusted off my F-5, and been doing some training/practice missions. I can assure you, my selective jettison is working properly.

In the Chit-Chat thread, someone posted an old screenshot of what it was at least supposed to look like. I think it was an in-game render. I'll see if I can find it.... Edit:

I use Target GUI to assign each axis individually. I use all TM components, though. Maybe there is a similar program to use, that will work with a mix-match of components?

Sounds good to me. I'm actually jumping on now to practice in the A-10. Try to teach myself as much as I can, but this is one complex bird, compared to what I'm used to flying.

I'm in the US, Eastern Standard Time.

I'd be interested in some A-10C training. I usually fly the F-5, but with the pending release of the F-14 and the F/A-18, I want to get proficient with more modern and complex aircraft.

Are the days mandatory? I could do Monday, but not Wed., and typically not on weekends.
