What about people who fly with random system failures on, and the ECS system goes out? Wouldn't it still happen? This is also something that could be applied to other jets, which I think would be amazing. Really add to the "Oh shit, I'm in trouble!" factor.

I just flew an F-5 on PG, and didn't experience that problem. I don't know if that helps you at all?

Seems things come to Beta first. Can always use the Skatezilla UI, to easily switch.

My feelings/sentiments, 100%. I still like NTTR, because I can pretend like I'm training here, to learn an aircraft, then go to Caucasus for a peace-time tour, then to the Straits for "war." EDIT: and then go fly my Spitfire or Mustang over Normandy for "vacation." haha.

The fact that it was Vegas kinda ruined the immersion for me. I use NTTR exactly how it's meant to be used; which is a training range.

As someone who is relatively new to all of this, if GS is a constant, and airspeed is a variable, does the computer automatically do the necessary calculations to put you at the target on time?

I pre-ordered last night. Don't regret it now, and when I'm spending my time learning the basic systems like the back of my hand, I'm sure I also won't regret it. Good thing I have a job that keeps me pretty busy, so the time will fly.

Pretty sure they said that we would be using the currently available carrier for the time being. I believe the new carrier will "ship" ( see what I did there? ) with Strait of Hormuz. Don't take that as gospel, because I could have misread what we were told.

It would have to wait until full release, when the full manual comes out. Me, personally? I'll wait until Chuck makes his guide, and print that, and probably just keep the full manual in digital form.

I always have mirrors on. I haven't flown since I posted that, though, so maybe they work now...

First thing I noticed was that your mirrors were working. Mine aren't in 2.2 or 1.5Beta.
