That simply isn't true! They have banned a wide swath of PAID IN FULL customers for simply seeking info on the state of repairs for bugs and plans to finish the module across multiple platforms. Yes, some were asking for it with sarcastic name calling and trolling but FAR TOO MANY were not. Absolute power corrupts, absolutely! Razbam has abused their authority across those platforms where there is no oversight by ED. If RAZBAM has the time to post on Discord or Facebook they have the time to post here. Part of the ongoing complaint is that they aren't required to use these forums as the primary form of communication with DCS customers for DCS modules. RAZBAM is going to have to deal with the salt, until their performance improves significantly over time. Much like the other 3rd party that lost confidence here. No one knew that 3rd party was working on a another module and they, at first responded poorly, but were able to have the professionalism to look inward and determine they made a mistake by not keeping an eye on sustainment for their existing module. They took it on the chin and we as customers were quite able to evaluate their response, accept their answers and timeline and put our grievances to the side to give them what they said they needed to catch up. One patch isn't likely going to make up for the loss of confidence. It is no coincidence a large patch is being prepared collaterally and outside of this thread. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I am sure it's clear as mud, and this request is not intended to be anything other than a genuine request for information on the subject of useable documentation and as it could serve to deconflict expectations. Razbam has stated they use a computer based training tool as their reference and not the NATOPS If the info has to be publicly available can we have a link to this CBT source? I have used a few of these mods for the F-18 and it seems as long as there is a key bind it can be manipulated, but mouse clickable only isn't. It is definitely a high priority request from the guys building pits based on this module. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Nick, Kate and the mods should inquire how many complaints Razbam has hidden by banning customers from discord and Facebook. They don't respond well to criticism, treat customers poorly and hide issues. The community tracker isn't some list of gripes pulled from thin air, it is a compilation of reports made on the forums, some acknowledged by RAZBAM, and others not acknowledged due to the developer refusing to actively participate in community management here on the forums. Why would this not be used as the table of contents moving forward? The work is already done to assist the developer in responding to bugs by customers that really want to see the module and them succeed. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

NineLine are you seriously having trouble with a spreadsheet that brings together all the reported bugs on the forum. Closing this is not a positive move by you as ED’s representative and it just appears that ED wishes to hide the problems that have been reported for years. 181 reports and a grand total of 14 fixed last time I looked many over a year old. Controls wiped after update There is no need for them to have any button, switch or axis assignments made by default/edit/overwrite. There are numerous options for different types of switches and adding options shouldn't affect current selections as a development goal. My control assignments are in my saved games folder under a name picked by me, not in the base game files. This is a quality of life gripe that hopefully ED will take into account in the future.
