  1. Looks like them. Zoom in on the pic and you will see the label tape. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. Really helpful for pit builds. https://www.amazon.com/Etiquetadora-Brother-PTD400AD-adaptador-Blanco/dp/B00LV8QI9M/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2IC6SE385ZQPG&dchild=1&keywords=brother+label+maker&qid=1593906239&sprefix=Brother+%2Caps%2C192&sr=8-3 Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  3. MDG_strokesDefs enhancement request I like what your thinking, dream bigger. ED - Please fix the fuzzy viewports so we don't have to. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  4. Thanks for the response. How many Bodnar cards are you interfacing with? It is a shame to need a third party for this solution. Fingers crossed July 15 brings solutions to nagging quality of life issues for pit builders, fuzzy viewports, lost key binds, support for frequently used commercial interface solutions (Bodnar, Phidgets, etc) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  5. I seem to have misunderstood the benefits or implementation of Leo Bodnar Cards. The cards are supposed to be individually serialized and do have distinct identifiers at the top of their columns in DCS when assigning controls. Yet out of the blue this week my control assignments are definitely not as previous set. ie: lamp test has become AMPCD OSB 11. That's just an example as all of them have been scrambled. I have 4 BBI-64, 4-BU0836x, MFG pedals, Virpil Joystick w/ TM F-18 and Virpil Throttle, and 2 Arduino Mega. Game avionics and controls are unchecked in setup. Synchronization of HOTAS is checked. I save my assignments under a personal file name. Why are the control assignments being lost and how can I prevent this from happening in the future? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  6. Too close to 1:1 to have any complaints. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  7. Did it ever exist beyond a proof of concept? It seemed to be the Bradley fighting vehicle of helicopters. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  8. Here is a link to the Hornet Fonts created by SkyJunky. https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=4246755&postcount=14 Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. For whatever reason ED banned him a while back, another case of a 3rd party creating something great only to be denied and not implemented by ED themselves. We need non-blurry, easily scaled viewport and instrument exports for pit builders. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. My engineering approach to a Hornet pit build project My monitor is 1080p as well. I have never been able to get the tweaks as clear as yours, The mod provided reasonably readable DDIs and a clearer AMPCD, but thinned out the hud lines making them more difficult to see compared to the un-modded lua. I have never compared yet, do you get more clear viewport exports only displaying the HUD view? I can't try it for myself until I get the dash back together - 48 more indicator lights to wire up, lol. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. The previously "working" mods seems to have gone south with the lighting updates. Why are the DDIs and AMPCD connected to the HUD? Are you using 1440 or 4K for your instrument monitor? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  12. My engineering approach to a Hornet pit build project Please share with us the tweaks to the lua files you made to get your exports so clearly displayed. The entire pit building community would welcome the solution (especially in OVGME format...so ED can't ruin it with the next update) Thanks for sharing your wing fold mechanism. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  13. Looking forward to you showing how you fabricated the parking brake and wing fold mechanisms. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. Thanks interesting read Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  15. Hmm...would you die from anything other than potential hypothermia? oxygen is supplied by the mask. Not being a smart ass this makes me curious. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  16. Default bindings don't make sense on controllers Please fix there is no reason for functions to be added in control assignments for devices by anyone other than the user. Thanks. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. I have had the same happen in the last two weeks adding 4 new Leo Bodnar cards to my profile. I save under a personal file name and was asked if I wanted to overwrite each time so I know I was saving and after restarting the long standing bug of default axis and POV commands were back as well. Please fix! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  18. I too have had this happen recently. I have also had the new controller default view commands and axis commands reapplied after they are removed. This happens even though I use a renamed key bind file name. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  19. Have you tried without target? The command assignment page works with your warthog natively. In the case you have highlighted, one of the toggle switches on your warthog that only electronically activates one way (on) and has no electronic signal for (off) can be used. Find your warthog in the columns and double click on it bringing up the sub menu, activate the switch and save your profile under a custom name so DCS doesn’t overwrite during an update. The highlighted key bind will allow you to use those “dumb” on-off toggles as on-off in the software. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  20. Help with a HELIOS problem? I’ll send you my email in a pm so you can send me your .lua file or you can try to post it here. We will get it sorted out. ALR-67 RWR is at the top of the photo. Right button for on left most button to get a test signal after it gets warmed up. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  21. Help with a HELIOS problem? I have a custom layout currently so my viewports won’t work for you. I have used Capt Zeens video with great success in the last couple months so his instruction is still valid. What do you see on your second monitor when you start DCS using the OVGME monitor profile while not starting the Helios overlay? What should happen is that you see the viewports that you created but no artwork or backup instruments. Doing this should help you determine if the data is there and being covered by the Helios overlay. For the RWR ensure you turn it on. It is off by default in some of the instant action missions. 22. Sure there are.. VSDISPLAY 8 inch EJ080NA-05A LCD Screen 8" 800x600 Display Monitor Work with HDMI LCD Controller Driver Board https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SBYR523/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_Oxv6Eb8QG848J Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  23. I am not sure if you created the viewports in your profile for the UFC, IEFI or RWR based on what you wrote. The IEFI is the worst of the lot my x coordinate was around 45 to start and much wider than expected. If you followed the Capt Zeen install video he only shows how to do a couple viewports not all of them. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  24. The Tarawa was a model created by Razbam and remains theirs to fix it’s just another bug that has gone on for too long. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  25. Please make the settings/options/control adjustment windows drag and droppable and scalable for size. ED you have created a great sim that seems to support pit builders by design. Thank you. There are a few problems that would be nice if you could find the time to address. When installing a physical center console that lines up with the HUD all of the sim option windows and mission briefing windows are obstructed. The fly button is deep down on the screen. This makes it impossible to permanently install a top dash panel. Additionally, I have 4-BBI-64, 4-BU0836, throttle, stick and rudder pedals. Trying to find the proper card in the small control assignment window utilizing the ultra thin slider bar while it’s behind the center console is difficult. If I could drag them to the top of the screen and they were scaleable with the columns adjustable for width, I could potentially see all of them. Some additional F-18 specific items; Please fix the fuzzy viewport exports on second monitors. The DDIs are a real pain to have to adjust with every update. The extra fuzzy AMPCD is basically useless even with the user work arounds available. The RWR also suffers from the same blurry display. Again the work around is a real pain to have to apply with each update. Key binds associated with switch covers. I get why you have them associated with a mouse click. However in real life those covers are simply mechanical. Please provide key binds that combine switch cover activation and switch function for pit builders. Wing fold switch - Rotary switches are the most readily available solution for the wing fold switch. Without a full metal machine shop fabricating the mechanism is problematic. 3D printed solutions are novel but will wear out over time. Please provide key binds that combine the secondary push and pull functions associated with the wing fold switch to allow the use of readily available rotary switches. Parking Brake switch. This is another switch that is difficult to replicate without a machine shop. A toggle switch is the most readily available solution. Please provide key binds that combine the push/pull/twist functions with emergency and park settings to allow the use of a toggle switch for activation. Thanks for your time.
