An easy fix is to open the mission in the M.E. and set the jtac unit to invincible and invisible. (Found within advanced waypoint options) I'm not really sure what happened but these jtac missions used to work fine. My guess is that one of the updates messed with the way advanced waypoint options work. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk

I've noticed if you run any mods on the graphics.lua file this issue will eventually manifest itself. Ive had the same issue in the past with LGBs and GBUs. Makes sense as is, laser switches to safe when you switch to A/A mode as the function of trigger changes from shooting a laser to shooting missiles and guns. There isn't much point in having them fire at the same time anyway. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk -

In Spudknockers TGP video he mentions that having WPT boxed will cause issues when designating. Work around is to unbox WPT when you are ready to start designating targets. Buggy WIP I'm sure it'll be some time to iron it out. I suggest checking out the video as he highlights some of the bugs and how to avoid them. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk

Try the training missions accessed from the main menu. I don't believe it explains smart weapons or many other facets yet but it should get you started. Otherwise check for YouTube videos that cover the missing pieces. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk

Click MSN (mission) on Jdam page. Select PP1 on mission page. Enter coordinates for each station using step to cycle through each. Select PP2 Enter coordinates for PP2 for each station making sure to select PP2 for all stations as you cycle through. Set all stations back to PP1. Pickle first 4 weapons. For remaining bombs make sure you select PP2 after each pickle press as it will stay on PP1 by default. This is going to change so personally after I did it this way once I decided to stick with 4 jdams max and wait until the stations are implemented properly. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk -

I've had a similar issue before. My problem was that I was using OVGME to load in the graphics.lua file with some tweaks. I found after a few updates if I didn't use a fresh graphics.lua that it would cause some missing textures on bombs and pilots as well some game breaking issues. Solution, hand edit the custom graphics.lua after each update. This may have nothing to do with your problem but if you use mods maybe have a look through and see if that's what's causing the missing texture. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk -
Not likely, at the point where it happens I'm often letting off on the G for a tracking shot. It only started happening after wake turbulence was implemented. Also Hornet FCS seems to keep that sort of thing in check no? Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk

Yeah in my experience its after a bandit reverses its turn and there's a split second of its wake being in front of me. I'm certainty not waiting until I'm 180 degrees rear aspect to shoot, his wingman would be all over me. I'll see if I can get a track this week. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk

Just curious if this is normal behaviour. During a dogfight with an AI Mig-29 I've noticed at times if I'm close in and I intersect with the Migs wake it'll cause me to roll 90 degrees left or right. Pretty much a 90 degree snap roll. Accurate or WIP? Thanks Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk

You need to set up a PP1 and PP2 for each station. Make sure you set all stations to PP1 after you are finished entering coordinates. Once you pickle your PP1 targets you have to select PP2 before pickeling the other half of the bombs.
