Did you use add program to firewall exception list or use advanced firewall rules and forward the port ? Not sure if an exe changes with the former that the rule still holds

I have noticed that the Dictionary file has 100's of defunct entries this seems to happen when objects get copied pasted and then renamed It leaves the copied entry kinda hanging eg there is only actually ONE plane called WW2 P-51D #1.1 but checking the file there are 74 entries eg ["DictKey_GroupName_326"] = "WW2 P-51D #1.1", ["DictKey_GroupName_347"] = "WW2 P-51D #1.1", Should the dictionary not be rebuilt every save ?

When placing a plane for example in the mission editor With callsign you have a name eg pontiac and 2 digit boxes 1 1 What valid values can you put in the boxes, I cannot seem to ba change the change the second number, I can change the first from 1 to 9 Can anyone enlighten me regarding this Hope fully some mission editor wizz can explain how this works to me I am just trying to give every plane a unique ID , (is this worth while or doesnt matter?)

Is there much account stealing going on with DCS World ? How would Mr Hackerman get the username and password for an account ? Genuine curiosity on this

Things to check 1. Client and server both running exactly same version / build of DCS 2. Host PC, is there are firewall exception with DCS port you are hosting on allowed? 3. Host PC does the internet router you connect through to the internet have a rule for the DCS world port used forwarded to the LAN IP of the hosting PC ?

Such bad luck ... much dissapoint .... My gigabyte Z370 was a sinch, updated BIOS for IME problem (though I dont install IME drivers because I dont use its functionality) Then set RAM to XMP 3866Mhz, set OC to 4.9Ghz on 8700K and all was well

When I receive a PM message from a member I get a wee pop-up window asking if I want to view the message, really handy and useful feature :thumbup: Would it be possible to have a wee pop-up window when a mod adds some warning points to your account?, so you can be made aware of it being done? Getting a warning and then another warning a few minutes later but being totally unaware of this happening is possible with your current system. Thanks for posting this Which version of windows are you using on the dedicated server machine ? Because most server versions of windows do not have the audio system enabled
