you need combination of HARM, JSOW, TALD, with two ships and more with correct tactics its pretty easy to take it out even in heavily defended env while SA-15 and SHORAD protecting it and even if u using Skynet

thanks a lot Alpen for the server and interesting unique missions for all these years, I know creating these missions and hosting servers as well as supporting is a huge effort, I do really appreciate that, the ColdWar server is the only public server I fly, and I don't expect further more. just to mention but not expectation, if you can add some draw for Friendly/Enemy FARP, Friendly/enemy Armor groups (anything as we should know as briefing).. in the F-10 map so player can see as observer role, would be great, not expect but just if you can. Thanks again for all the efforts, we were having fun and joy, found new friends in community, many bought coldwar era A/C and had tons of joy in your server for another year. although it might be soon but who knows about tomorrow, Merry Christmas and Happy new year everyone. give you an example, in Iran Iraq war the iranian F-5 pilots never turn the radar on even in A/A engagement (I am not going to the detail about who am I, its just pure fact), they dont use F-5 in IFR condition its suicide! the F-5 which ED delivered is very similar to the IIAF-IRIAF F-5E, some avionics are different but fairly close. The upgraded F-5 is another story! btw its DCS use what ever its suit you guys, have fun

The Singaporian F-5 equipped with far adv radar capable of firing 120B, im talking about F-5E which is available in DCS. U r getting to far adv tech/update ...

F-5 IS NOT ALLL WEATHER AC, in real life the pilots (the command pilots) will get the weather report prior to flight for whole squadron, even if it is going to be a war the F-5 CAN NOT fly in low visibility weather and they dont, if Pilot do thats a big mistake which easily end up to mishap, 7 to 10 nmi visibility is required ( I cant remember the exact number) The radar is completely useless they dont even turn it on in real life!

is there any weather injection tool inorder to inject weather base on real life forecast service(s) to match the cloud, temp, pressure, wind, wind directions ... of the mission to the real life (live/historical)? or any tool/service which map the forecast to the proper setting in dcs ?

The flight model changed and I cant do it anymore, followed the exact parameters but its just deep tight dive spiral, at the best situation with by overriding FCS its get a little bit better but not even close to Pirouette

when Wagner upload his video I could do it pretty easily sometimes used it in Dogfight too, however the hornet flight model changed A LOT, and I cant do it anymore (randomly happen)! I dont believe entering to the maneuver is the issue, low speed about 90 to 110 knots should be suitable to start the maneuver by pushing the Rudder in the same direction of the turn and Stick to corner and same direction of the turn. I dont care the maneuver that much, however its a noticeable changes on FM

@Alpenwolfis there possibilities to add AH-64 with limited weapons with disabled some functionalities (by defining failure on the unit for DataLink ...) in the missions(or some mission) where the KA-50 and Mi-24 are available on the RED coalition until we get AH-1?

Hello Hornet pilots, is there anyone have problem with Pirouette Maneuver ? seems after the last FM update it really changed, its not easy to do it anymore. like to hear your opinion if anyone can do it with clean hornet. Thanks

yeah, i am comparing them to T-72 which is pretty advanced compare to T-55 and others, i dont know if you watched the tacview or not however I cant really kill them with even A-10!

Seems the T-55, Sherman and M60 dont receive any damage but modern gun! tired with Viper, Hornet and A-10, they are stronger than T-90! A-10CII is using Combat mix, I tested Armor Piercing and SAPHEI with F-18 and F-16, achieved almost same results with min damage of 1% to 3%.
