ASUS had Tuf and Strix variants of both the 6800xt and 6900xt last time. I do hope there is a 7950xtx upcoming, but I would expect ASUS just isn't quite ready with 7900xt(x) Strix yet.

Can you post of picture when you’ve done so? I’m just concerned about the wear/strain on the Virpil cable when the grip moves from side to side. edit: also, since an extension tube is not recommended with the brunner, I'd rather avoid using that.

Are the AMD drivers really that bad for VR? I've read that the 6xxx gen has shown improvements. I've been using Nvidia cards for some time now, and I know that some of NV's driver releases have been stinkers, for 2d or VR.

If Hp released a G3 with only a modest spec bump, but a v3 cable that was reliable, that in itself would be a compelling argument to upgrade.

The 4090s are *way* more attainable than next gen psus. I haven't found anything on those other than marketing materials.

So the new 16-pin connectors are not reliable, and the adapters aren't either? Am I understanding correctly? It's not like next gen psus are attainable by the average consumer anyway.

Those who have non Gigabyte cards, what are you using for pin adapters, since 16 pin capable psus are not yet readily available? It seems only Gigabyte includes pin adapters with the gpu.
