Canadian charts are available for free on fltplan.com; I believe it requires an account. You’ll notice it’s pretty much as hip3rion says, even for RCAF only aerodromes.

That seems to depend where you want them to ship to. In my case Virpil is the cheapest, VKB is somewhat higher, and Winwing charges astronomical shipping fees.

I hope some sort of nerf is built in to EDDCE. It would defeat the purpose to have to micromanage the AAA logic.
