  1. Thanks, Not that important about the Livery, Easy to use US as nation. Just thought you would like to know. As for the cockpit - Stinkers Don't think Spit MK 1 or MK ii were over Normandy. I believe the 9's were there. That said, the MKiib would look fairly close to the Spit 9 we have now. Would just need a performance nerf to be competitive to the 109E you released. That would give us the 109e, Spitfire IIb, Hurricane 1 & II , Blenheim, 110c, He-111, Ju-87, Do-17. Ju-88 (Later version though). Basically Battle of Britain. We even have the map, sort of.
  2. Nice. That looks like a E version 109. Is there a way to do a Spit 1 or ii using the spit 9 cockpit so it's flyable ? Noticed I can only get the standard RAF paint for the tempest by choosing USA in editor it seems.
  3. Goes well with the new map .
  4. Awesome !!
  5. I'm Getting same with Malwarebytes. I assume the download is safe ?

  8. There are no British and Commonwealth troops at all. Hopefully soon
  9. You probably have already noticed but the buffalo has part of the gear assembly popping through the wing on the port side. When the wheels are down it disappears. Having fun with it all the same.
  10. Been waiting for this one ! Thanks !!!
  11. Looking good So Great to have a flyable ! Couple of things, In my setup (Track IR) my POV is very high. Also having trouble getting bombs to release. It could be something in my setup so dont spend time on it unless others have the same issue.
  12. lol ! Another one ??? Amazing.
  13. I honestly don't know how you get these out so fast with such detail. But I'm not complaining I have a question though. How much work is involved in making a non-interactive cockpit for some of the fighter aircraft ? Kind of like the old IL2 forgotten battles cockpits. Nothing clickable just historical instead of using p-51. Be nice to have one for the wildcat, hurricane, p-38, even buffalo when she comes.
  14. Oh great ! Thanks
  15. He certainly deserves it !
  16. No inconvenience at all, just happy to have the Stirling
  17. Oh Wow, love having another heavy !! Looks great, however I'm getting that weird green pattern on the canopy and props.
  18. And the T-class is great for WW2
  19. Great news !!! Just remember to take a break when you need to. Don't wear yourself out
  20. Call out enemy aircraft location far - one time , then additionally anything that is very close close - within 700 ish meters
  21. Most modders are doing modern / cold war, which most players are interested in. This is largely due to the DCS focus in this area with many maps and planes. WW2 is a bit of a second thought. Hawkeye does a lot of WW2 (Thankfully). Thus he is going to get fewer likes and comments due to the fewer players. Many of those WW2 players go to the other sim. So there is competing interest drawing some WW2 players away. Do Modern , you get more likes Do WW2 you get fewer likes but are doing a greater service to the community and greater appreciation from the few of us sticking around for WW2. Without the WW2 mods, DCS ww2 would likely be long dead at the rate they produce content. We have 1 map, with another coming someday. No other maps planned for pacific area. Even the official aircraft released get few updates it seems. Ultimately though, I think you need to be modding for yourself. Not just for the likes or even appreciation. The satisfaction of seeing your work in game, propping up the game even. Too bad the Devs don't realize this and give modders an incentive. I wish I had the skills, but then I don't even have the time right now. Cheers !
  22. Well, Id certainly like you to continue ... but you know that Lol ! I watch for your mods, especially WW2 almost every day. You provide a fantastic service to the community. Hope you can continue
  23. Hi: I've noticed some warbirds have an "Engage bandits" key bind and others do not. The closest the others have is "cover me" Is there a reason for this ? Will this be standardized ? Thanks
