I think there might be a bug with all bombers. I had a similar thing with B-17's and A-20's Someone posted a video where they flew right into a packed enemy bomber stream and flew right into formation and AI did not respond. Hope they put this on priority

Lancaster does still work. If wish the G4M Betty still worked. I think it was done by Hawkeye. Would love to have it in game.

Hi: I went to purchase 2.0, it shows $9.99 on the store. When I go to my cart it flashes red, you already have a license for this product. I don't remember whether I pre-ordered earlier or not. It is not listed in my profile or in game to download. Does the flashing license warning and also a "you already have a serial number" (on the store page) just mean I can get the discounted price ? or that there is a glitch and I did purchase it previously ? Thanks

Most of them are awesome, You will be pleasantly surprised. Some could use a little more work, but at a high speed you won't likely notice. As far as performance, it depends what the modder used. I find all AI planes fly around at 240 IAS regardless so a zero will kill a P-51/P-47/Spit every time if you pit them 1 on 1 regardless of height advantage. Try it. Kinda the worst part of the game. AI doesn't play to it's advantage.

My guess is because they can't verify whether they still work in game etc. I agree it's a pain to find stuff. That said, There is a DCS mod download area but alot of stuff just never gets posted there and many of those mods in fact don't work.

The Lanc pilots are wearing white helmets so don't look too close Someone is making an awesome flyable Lancaster - see forums. There is a nice Hudson too.

They seem to have gone very quiet about this feature sadly.

Would love to see the Buffalo. Heavily used by the British in the Pacific as well as U.S. We need a Hurricane or a Buffalo once things move to the Pacific .

Go through the dcs world - dcs mods directory. Look for or search Warbird hangar. I put a link to some of them a couple threads below here. There are other mods as well. Search for the plane you want. Hawkeye posts many of them. You could search him as well as Markindel etc.

The one I really miss is a Betty which is still downloadable but unfortunately does not appear when you put it in a mission. I haven't even downloaded everything like some of the floatplanes etc. The quality of most is excellent, some could use a little bit more work, but who will notice in game There are also tons of ships. Just checked, they all still work as of today. The DC-3 doesn't for some reason but the DC-3 cargo and DC-3 paratroop do, so no big deal there.

They should at least start talking about it to us. Is there AI like Petrovich? This is planned for later on in Early Access

I'm really looking forward to having a Navigator, both visually and as a spotter (Along with his navigation duties). Would be best to have a hot key to toggle the visual part though.

For WW2 - Solomons

It would be nice to be able to install Normandy 2 and then uninstall the other two to save disk space, without losing anything. Glad to hear about N2 !

I wish that all AI WW2 planes didn't fly around at the same speed regardless of what you put in the editor. Unless I'm doing something wrong, they all fly at 230ish IAS at every waypoint and this speed or less in combat. Kind of makes all WW2 invalid. Like I said, unless I'm missing something.

Got them all the way to rookie now. Are they working on the WW2 AI still? Could be the Mod is op, but I doubt it, I suspect it's a game AI issue. Thanks though.
