Yes. However they are broken and required some editing for them to work properly. Also the Mk82AIR/Snakeye didn't have a texture as such I had to make one.

The radar that the AV-8B+ is using was previously used on the F-18A/Bs (APG-65) before the A+/B+ upgrades in which they switched to using APG-73s they moved the older radars to the new Harrier upgrade. TLDR; Classification shouldn't be an issue
