Ok guys which module is the easiest to fly and learn the systems the yak or the black shark or some other module? I been messing with the huey which isn’t that easy to fly correctly. I spent so much time learning to maneuver the huey that I haven’t has time to learn other things like radio calls, navigation or air to ground combat. No that I’m getting back into dcs I want to be able to fly complete combat missions but to do that I need to be able to fly something that requires less attention flying so I have the time for radio communications and navigation plus being able to fight.

I went to allelectronics.com for my components great prices and for generic switches and button can’t be beat from what I’ve seen. For encoders I got mine from Leo bednor’s web site.

I have the gladiator but I’m wanting a throttle. That is separate I might upgrade to the modern combat pro grip down the line making the upgrade needed at that point. But the little thottle on the gladiator is usesless in vr.

I’m looking for a second hotas setup for travel. My primary hotas is a tm warthog wit tpr . I’m looking for a tm cougar but they are impossible to find used let along new. Other than that I want a stick with twist grip and a throttle no pedals. What would you recommend.

I have the warthog that I use in my sim pit. But I would like the tm cougar hotas for a system where I’m laying in bed and just chilling. So if you have a tm cougar hotas that works or can be easily fixed contact me.

Trip have you thought of building a universal pit with all theswitches and knobs for eveything but in a universal location ie the power switch in the same location for each aircraft that way you need to think power and your muscle memory says it’s here and thesamefor each switch you learn the position onceand not haveto think ok inthisacitis heresoletsputmyhandthere.

I’m not meaning a fully functional one but one where you can do the mission editor stuff on the iPad then transfer the file to the sim for testing. The writing of the file shouldn’t be that hard since it’s basically an ascii text file. The hard part might be the main screen and switching between the three sub frames.

The JA-50 black shark 2 would be the simplest since it’s designed for a single crew member and has autopilot. The huey is probably the funnest and is very accurate according to real life huey pilots. The gazelle is setup for multiple people unless hey restricted t since I last looked at. The mi-28 iirc the model is the largest of the four for payload. I’m trying to learn the huey real hard for me to hover which s one of the most mportant tasks to master it almost has a part in every maneuver.

I sorry I never received notice it was shipping I’ve been ill quite often this year from a three week cold to issues from diabetes that requiresmonday-Wednesday-frinday visits each week the little break I had between the three visits a week went to one the I got maybe once a month twice before the three vixts a week were startedback up. But enough about my problems I see I was listed as number 3 so how do I go about receiving my device?
