  2. Yes, indeed very well-arranged to change the thread title unnoticable, so that everything looks fine from the outside, instead of simply posting an answer.
  3. Ha Ha ha! For my part, Heatblur took my money and shut down my wallet. And they're so far the only ones, who can reopen it :D But I am happy for the people who have waited a long time for this module because they have some special connection to it
  4. To be fair SkateZilla wrote 7+, but I worked on it for four hours and I had to post it.:D
  5. He was talking about Multiplayer:smartass:
  6. O.k. it worked. Thank you very much , WOPR! ^ this
  7. Thx, for the info. So, the problem seem to be the missing "ready pre-contact". But what to do, if he's not answering? I mean "intend to refuel" is working, but after that he usually remains silent. Maybe I'll have to cancel it and start all over again. Will give it a try later...
  8. I opened a thread about this issue https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=3944453#post3944453
  9. Does anybody have problems, that the probe wouldn't connect to the basket? I've been training refueling for some days, and when I hit the basket on the outer edge, the probe goes trough the basket. With the harrier this was sufficient for a connection. Yesterday I was able to hit the exact middle and again the probe went trough the basket. Also, when I initially contact the tanker, he's already extending the baskets, while in the past (about half a year ago) he has done that, after "ready pre-contact", which he's sometimes not responding to at all and yesterday only once... I tried with both C-130 and KC-135 MPRS.

  11. Hi. Where did you get that information, about the exact time from? (just so I can look for myself in the future)
  12. RAZBAM:"Hey, we'll give you early access to our software for the full price, then stop the development almost completely for a 1.5 year while we launch another product." This is definitely the way for a good business model with many satisfied customers...
  13. Haven't used dcs in a while. Many thanks for the great updates, Hollywood!
  14. The development progress was already like a stuttering car when I bought the AV8B ( Feb. 2018 ), but when Zeus67 switched to working on the mig19, the following progress was like a slap in the face. For me it was the only full fidelity module until the release of the F-14. So you sit there month after month and think that this is supposed to be a joke. Nevertheless I wish the Harrier and Razbam all the best and hopefully everything comes to a good end. But they should really add to the "What is early Access"- note, that it also means that nothing can happen for months, while they are working on another project. Anyone who has bought other software in EA automatically assumes that the developer has his main focus on the product. As for the "whiteknights/ fanboys", I think the only thing they care about is that the supply of new modules to their private museums isn't endangered. That's why they react like crazy chickens as soon as criticism is expressed.
  15. Afaik, memory latency is more important in gaming than memory bandwith (as long it's not far too little), as large amounts of data are not permanently moved. Maybe pay more attention to the timings..? @Supmua Your Hardware Specs are like elysium to me. There's clearly something wrong with DCS at the moment. Maybe we need something like this to get past 100 FPS:
  16. I've disabled vsync in both game and Amd settings. But I think it's an AMD issue. Still wondering that no one else has come forward. Strange that deleting the shader folder had no effect on you. Without deleting the shader I can go from "low" to "high" and the appearance and FPS will remain the same. To make that clear again: It's about leaving the game after changing the settings and then deleting the folders. Again, I am surprised that no one else seems to benefit from this. Or it is simply not being noticed... Regarding single core performance and higher FPS, I made a quick benchmark with CPU-Z:
  17. Hello again, Vertigo72. I've already started a similar thread ages ago:D. Maybe you'll find some useful information there: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=236968&highlight=oddities But one thing I can say: Every time you change the graphic-settings, you have to delete the fxo and metashader2 folder, otherwise changed settings will have (almost) no effect. Without mirrors: ~54 FPS With mirrors: ~47 FPS Only less than 10 FPS difference, but in this range it makes it unplayable for me. *Intel Core I5 4690 @ 4.4 Ghz *Asus B85M-E Mainboard *Asus Strix RX580 8GB (OC Mode) *Crucial 24GB DDR3-1866 Modules, running at 1600 (Mainboard limitation) *Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB *32" Philips Cineos 32PFL9603 TV (1920*1080)
  18. I'm suffering from the same disorder. But I gotta get through this, I'd guess this is some kind of confront-therapy8)
  19. @ Vertigo72 Sorry, but I recorded this "live" and didn't save the replay, since they are broken (what you also mentioned) When I made benchmarks to find out best possible settings, I saved a track in which I have flown a short distance over Dubai with a roll etc. Something like this will work, since there's nothing the plane can collide with and no takeoff/landing. And yes, your 1070 should perform better as an rx580, which is a tick faster than an 1060. The mirrors run better at high altitudes because it's easier for the engine to render less (blue sky or far distant ground) than at low level. For me mirrors are unusable, because of the immense frame drop.
