Did you delete fxo and metashaders2 folders? What in general helped me, as the update to 2.5.6 caused a big performance drop on my pc, was to start with a new DCS.openbeta user folder. To test if that has any effect, you could rename the folder, so you can easily revert back, if it didn't help. His CPU has a Max. Turbo-freq of 4.10 GHz.

Ah, ok. I just reread your initial post. The first thing that comes to my mind about multiplayer is the increased memory usage. So maybe take a closer look at the RAM. Also, what are your pagefile settings? And then there is also the data storage device. Very strange... ...now I'm almost stumped.

Check/monitor cpu temperatures. Sounds like you forgot thermal paste:D (You said you replaced almost your whole pc? Because of this problem? )

First time I came across this on PG map. Easy to reproduce: Put a plane on a carrier near Fujairah at night.

I think most people are aware of this and suffer from bad performance despite sslr switched off. Especially the VR guys.
