  1. o.k. I had the harrier in my mind and was reffering to the continual updates praises and not your complete accuracy statement ( which I think, there's nothing to argueing about).
  2. One swallow does not make a summer...
  3. Haha!
  4. No, it's not usable. Maybe only, if you're a Fanboy/Whiteknight. Then you suffer with joy. But normal customers just want it to work. I wouldn't buy it again the way it goes at the moment and for a long time. I would be really mad if I had paid the full price

  6. Radar Modes RWS/TWS/AUTO is certainly explained in the "AN/AWG-9 Weapon Control System (WCS)" chapter. You won't be able to get around dealing with the functioning of radar and other systems in order to be able to operate them (effectively). But there are also videos from Jabbers, Redkite etc. covering various topics . This is what I found in the manual regarding Ground Stabilize: The strange thing is that I didn't find this passage in the PDF version of the manual, only online. And as for Jesters behaviour regarding firing flares and chaffs, I don't know any more first of all. But I found this (old) thread: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=234649
  7. I haven't done it myself, but I guess you will find answers in the rio part of the manual. Especially the "AN/AWG-9 Weapon Control System (WCS)" chapter. There I would look for first
  8. Yeah, it's well known. But unfortunately, bookmarking the bugtracker hasn't led to more updates yet.
  9. This whole update video thing came out of the last "Harrier uprising" which culminated in the coercion of a user who again quoted someone from Reddit. In the beginning a lot was promised, but with every episode the content of the Harrier became shorter and shorter and soon it was almost all about the "Farmer" and/or other upcoming modules (the point where I got off the ride). Now it has been stopped. So, we went from "blah blah blah" to "business a usual". Similar with the presence and reachability of our new Community manager in the (AV8B-)Forum. I do not want to offend you DECOY. My criticism doesn't relate to the quality of your work. But even a good community manager can't make gold out of almost nothing. The time for talk and promise is long gone, the only thing that counts and helps is serious progress.

  13. That’ll be the day!
  14. Ha Ha ha! For my part, Heatblur took my money and shut down my wallet. And they're so far the only ones, who can reopen it :D But I am happy for the people who have waited a long time for this module because they have some special connection to it
  15. To be fair SkateZilla wrote 7+, but I worked on it for four hours and I had to post it.:D
  16. He was talking about Multiplayer:smartass:
  17. O.k. it worked. Thank you very much , WOPR! ^ this
  18. Thx, for the info. So, the problem seem to be the missing "ready pre-contact". But what to do, if he's not answering? I mean "intend to refuel" is working, but after that he usually remains silent. Maybe I'll have to cancel it and start all over again. Will give it a try later...
  19. I opened a thread about this issue https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=3944453#post3944453
  20. Does anybody have problems, that the probe wouldn't connect to the basket? I've been training refueling for some days, and when I hit the basket on the outer edge, the probe goes trough the basket. With the harrier this was sufficient for a connection. Yesterday I was able to hit the exact middle and again the probe went trough the basket. Also, when I initially contact the tanker, he's already extending the baskets, while in the past (about half a year ago) he has done that, after "ready pre-contact", which he's sometimes not responding to at all and yesterday only once... I tried with both C-130 and KC-135 MPRS.

  22. Hi. Where did you get that information, about the exact time from? (just so I can look for myself in the future)
  23. RAZBAM:"Hey, we'll give you early access to our software for the full price, then stop the development almost completely for a 1.5 year while we launch another product." This is definitely the way for a good business model with many satisfied customers...
  24. Haven't used dcs in a while. Many thanks for the great updates, Hollywood!
  25. The development progress was already like a stuttering car when I bought the AV8B ( Feb. 2018 ), but when Zeus67 switched to working on the mig19, the following progress was like a slap in the face. For me it was the only full fidelity module until the release of the F-14. So you sit there month after month and think that this is supposed to be a joke. Nevertheless I wish the Harrier and Razbam all the best and hopefully everything comes to a good end. But they should really add to the "What is early Access"- note, that it also means that nothing can happen for months, while they are working on another project. Anyone who has bought other software in EA automatically assumes that the developer has his main focus on the product. As for the "whiteknights/ fanboys", I think the only thing they care about is that the supply of new modules to their private museums isn't endangered. That's why they react like crazy chickens as soon as criticism is expressed.
