There was a company that was selling VR goggles to the consumer market for about $1,000.
So the view changed to where you looked (so Track IR not necessary).
Problems: The view would get of sync with your head position. The screen definition was too low to accurately distinguish ground targets. I experimented with them and did not like them. My preference is for 3 screens with Track IR.
