It wouldn't slave at least not visually. It would go down out of hud pretty much and wiggle around down there until I gave up and went back to boresight. Now it seems to go bang center on target everytime. Sorry for lack of evidence. My laptop can't handle luxuries like recording video and running dcs at the same time.

I'm not gna lie many of the blue guys who fly on growling sidewinder server are just bots. The only time I seem to die there is when I insist on using PL5s. They haven't figured out that they can fly higher than 5k.maybe their AI will improve XD. Losing 8 f16/8s for two fox2 jeff's is not a good look. This is with radar issues and whatnot.

Also why does it not loft? Same NEZ optimization?

Last time I played with PL5 on dogfight server, the rose pattern position was always around lock and never significantly lower and out of hud. So that seems to have been fixed?

Pretty sure 802 is supposed to go centerline as well. It's in their launch trailer as well. It's where the heavy cruise missiles are supposed to go.

What's the point of the asymetric loading in the above photo? Just stick the 802 centerline.

You misunderstand me a bit. The jf17 only carry akgs and take off and orbit over beslan and simply keep firing at kutaisi from beslan. When out of akgs they immediately land, rearm, takeoff and fire again. Fourth jf17 is orbiting over beslan with data link pod and guides each akg with data link pod.

To be honest I must suck cuz I can't see crap in that camera until it's too late. So I almost always need to know where something is.

On caucasus you can orbit over friendly airfield and launch akgs on a bunch of airfields that are typically assigned blue. E.g. You can attack kutaisi across the mountain range while orbiting over beslan. I really wanna see what happens if a flight of 4 jf17 continuously fires akg at kutaisi. 3 fire reasonably staggered missiles and the 4th guides them in one by one while the others land to reload and repeat. Does the base defence run out of ammo or will it continuously resupply from kutaisi stores?
