Hey Wolf, is there a reason why there are no helicopter in some missions ? I wanted to fly heli today on your server but bad luck at the current mission. Would it hurt to add helicopters to all missions ? Cheers

Looks nice but we need other stuff. Please focus on battle aircraft / helicopter ...

is this issue reported so we get a slew fix with the upcoming update?

I play TrackIR and when one just looks back and upwards the pilots head is trying to auto avoid the armor plate above the head. Clearly seen when the top plate is moving back n forth without yourself going back n forth. A simple pan moves the armor plate, thats the weird thing.

spit doesn,'t overheat easily anymore after latest patches. Spit is king of the sky except chasing or running from enemy aircraft.

Congrats to the 362th guys by the way, flying the P51 and having these kind of stats is clearly a sign of outstanding tactical decissions and top notch plane handling.

the best players don't engage enemy airfields because off high risk for a loss in the stats. AA is pretty good at keeping the airfield clean. I think it's fine as it is. I managed to get draged into enemy AA yesterday... trigger happy I was :-)

Server is great yes but unplayable for us, planes are warping like crazy if you enter a dogfight.

The takeoff roll is completely wrong modeled. Without wind it is ok, with wind the plane behaves weird when the main wheels lift off. The aircraft gets dragged back to runway and seems like glued to the runway. The Mig 19 is very smooth, all good, the Mirage takeoff with wind is buggy.

Can we please get a different cockpit view modeling for the 109 ? Or at least a checkbox in the special tab to turn off that auto shifting arround the pilots armor plate above the head ? It is really terrible, it kills the fun, it needs a change. Turning the head in the 109 is just so inconsistent, please give us an option to avoid that auto shifting.

Crazy, this was the dream jet of my childhood. The more I look at it now, the less I care. Somehow it's not that beautiful anymore.

F5 is no breeze mate, 3 point landings don't count. Land the Tiger main wheels first then use plane as an airbrake, then nose wheel down. Pretty hard actually in the F 5.

You definately are looking too hard into it ! Just use whatever hardware, settings or aircraft brings the most fun for you. VR is in no way a disadvantage. Labels on or off make a HUGE difference though. Eather you fly to the next dark big spot on the sky and meet everybody there or you do it the classic way and search the skies without a virtual help. I suggest turning labels off and unbind any kind of zoom. It is definately the most fun and realistic way to go hunting. Every kill is handmade so to speak and on top of that it is rewarding as hell. Props FW 190 Dora, Jets probably the two trainers, they are somehow pretty hard to land perfect, they tend to float a lot.

Warthog stick, VKB or Virpil base, T16000 throttle, MFG Crosswind rudder. Perfect setup !!!

The Dora has the same sudden engine blows, nobody knows why and when ... MW50 related it seems. Mustang engine fails on me too but very rare, maybe one out of twenty fights. I now tend to baby my warbirds and that helps a lot.
