  1. RIP mate... you've done your time well
  2. and they did their thing into Antwerp as well... Duxford, apparently has a launch ramp contained within her hallowed halls 1944 WWII wouldn't be complete without the Fieseler Fi 103 "Buzz- Bomb", and the most feared sound when the engine cutout Your mission: Scramble and shoot these blighters down Find their launch ramps and take them out .
  3. sorta have to live Down Under...
  4. yep... gotta have this... That "moment of truth"
  5. Don't get confused with the readout and what the Sim uses and what Windows is using at the time FSX was always best assigned (AffinityMask) to Cores 1, 2 and 3... leaving Core 0 to do its thing with Windows

  9. if you're running a 4770K you are more than likely on D77 chipset too ( which, as we all know, is a chipset which should never have been released) and whilst many have run this chipset - none have complained about a "slow menu". It has NOTHING to do with various VGA driver releases When listing specs... could you please list all the specs?
  10. yes... but that's why pilot adjustable trim tabs on all axii came about... for getting there and back in cruising mode, or slower/ faster. To reduce pilot fatigue. So if your "fixed" tabs are set, it would have been for cruising speed (at least that's my take) and there used to be a joyconfig file where the "range" (throw) could be adjusted. I recall it was set to default 400
  11. just to help things along a bit... very calm seas one day west of New Caledonia (Coral Sea) and not 'shopped'
  12. certainly no "sarcasm" intended this end mate (perhaps, it was just the way you read it which failed )...just something many would consider to be helpful advice - saves getting things taken out of context I do understand your point of "quest" though, which reinforces; everything needs to be kept in context.
  13. ^^^ sometimes it pays to just read through the thread... unclear bit fixed
  14. DCS sound was put to a 2nd Core a while back mate and as such, the sim uses 2 Cores. dunno about "impossible"...Turn Vsync off, and watch the numbers displayed
  15. The Thrustmaster HOTAS was set up for the A10-C... every other aircraft needs to have the HOTAS assigned to work effectively - just like any other stick
  16. yes... check your USER section further :)
  17. yeah... and also some quite nasty people! here's something to really make people beat ya door down for, unless of course its all too hard (watch it all the way through the full 15 minutes though) and then, get back to me :)
  18. "Admin" is not user... you'll always be User. Which is why I've always offered to go back into the Root Folder/ Properties/ Security Tab and set User for Full Permissions (even after running "Install as Administrator ;) , before shutting down and restarting, before running the sim

  20. just test each step, one by one, is all I ask (given the language divide)
