Before, if you used the commands to raise or lower flaps, they would stop at the Half selection on their movements up or down. Now, if I hit either, it just skips Half and goes to either Auto or Full.

As I said earlier, I've already adjusted that volume knob to it's lowest settings. I've zoomed in and physically seen the volume knob move, that's not the problem. The problem is anytime I bring up the Jester menu, it's overmodulated and LOUD, voice and all sounds, overwhelming all the other sounds in game. As I did nothing but update DCS since the last time I played, something has changed in the Jester sound level for sure.

I've cranked it as far left as it will go and he's still The Who LOUD for me.

I bought it long ago, at full price, because the WWII era planes I bought needed their own world and what was more fitting than that part of Europe? The last update last year I think, maybe early this year...did improve it some, compared to what it was since it came out. But, and there's always a but. If you're looking for something detailed outside of the scope of the map's title...Normandy, then you may want to look at The Channel map. It'll give you more of a sense of being in that area I think. But, again there's that word...there's not a lot of SP things for it yet and there's some pretty decent ones for the Normandy map, so it's still flight worthy. :)

*digs out the manual* Edit - Even with the volume knob at it's lowest setting, when I use the Jester interface, it's incredibly loud. MUCH louder than it ever was before and MUCH louder than it was the last time I flew, a couple of months ago.

Is there a separate volume control for the Jester interface? Just fired my flying rig back up after some DCS updates and now, Jester's REALLY loud. Any way to turn him down a bit? Thanks. :)

Whatever the case ends up being, I hope we're able to keep our old A-10's. I'll pay for a new A-10CII, no problem. Just don't want to lose the crate I've got so many hours in, sentimental and all. :)

The in-game Vinson from Lock On days with a new skin could look close to it.

I noticed with Supercarrier's debut, the launch bar didn't quite fit into the catapult and on closer examination, the front wheel/landing gear assembly seems to ride just above the deck height, making it look like the launch bar isn't long enough. Any one else seeing this problem? Done many repairs and reboots, no changes.

Was there a change to the "unfold wings" animation given around the JBD area? Seems like it's more what was described as the F-14 hand signals than the original F/A-18 ones?

I have a straight vanilla OB install, but some times I'm seeing this IC Mismatch because of this file lately when trying to connect to a MP server. Any one else seeing this? I have the Channel and Normandy maps and the WW2 Assets packages, and I'm thinking it has something to do with these as I usually see this message after flying a WW2 mission and then trying to connect. A restart clears it usually, have had to reboot a few times though.

I've experienced it as well, and had it on the Stennis a time or two.

I won't get excited about the Jug D until I see it's own forum. :) Edit - 2 minutes later, it has it's own forum. Let the excitement begin.

It would also be nice because then we might be able to play our own stuff without an online mismatch for integrity.

I've repaired it three times, restarted Windows each time and I still only have the default game and Combined Arms icons, along with some greyed out ones for the individual FC3 modules which I don't own separately.

Just updated to the latest patch and now, I can't fly a single plane because of some Binding/Registration thing that doesn't recognize a single serial number I've tried to put it. I've basically lost the ability to even start DCS. I've updated, I've repaired 3 times since that mess and it still is broken.

Gotten the first day it went on sale. Was just wondering because some servers may not have SC on it.

They'll have it on sale for a couple of weeks before release I imagine, don't hold your breath on June 3rd. :)

I think I seen Wags mention they had plans to make it a toggle feature later on after EA release.

Did they mention if the FLOLS was automatic or is it brought up like the stick overlay? I imagine it's going to change, just curious as to the current state.

Nice find on the Kuz video. :) I've been wanting to see it put through it's paces. Spudknocker didn't have that drop in his Su-33 that we've seen from the AI, so it's not a flight thing at least.
