  1. may i ask what are the dependancys for the next module. and through those dependancys what are the possibilites surrounding what it can or can not be. i ask this because im confused about all the wish list aircraft. where is the real wish list inclusive of just exactly whats possible ? will the time come when there are no possibilites regards any new modules due to those incredible dependancy,s at hand ? this is the most important question. i just dont really know what to wish for anymore. and where would we all be without or dreams (wish list aircraft).? is there an mpending battle of patience here for ED at some stage in the future that simply causes them to be unable to develop further modules due to incomplete technical information and the waiting game for classified info to be de classified regards flightsim development. in that hypothetical situation what would ED do out of interest ?
  2. Chaff!!! <chuckle chuckle>
  3. well i was mainly using tars as a current reference only. any update on it for latest ts3 ?
  4. this was a feature on FSX wasnt it ? dual sound cards required though. really nice feature. i can see it being to hard to implement and even if it is, its worthwhile. They could even go 1 further and pave the way for something like TARS but ingame. That would be incredibly cool addition to immersion factors. Maybe it could work as some seperate module for the game, and work in conjunction with all DCS .products given radio usage is similar accross the board. a plugin for the aircraft radio systems to go through thats semi independant from the sim itself.(yet fully integrated) Personally i would pay for somthing like that. DCS: TARS or whatever lol. DCS would bennefit from its own comms device usable across the broad scope of sims that will belong to DCS. Its an essential aspect in fact and one that falls short presently which is not potentially ever going to get better without some ingame attention. .
  5. RIP & thanks for the wonderfull tunes girl !
  6. Indeed. stunning !
  7. Certainly !!!! Lost the room details though ! PM me or steam chat me Cib.
  8. keys S & A, hold them for incremental movement. Believe you need to assign the axis for this on non warthog sticks, so you like fine.
  9. from some info a couple of years ago it made out you might be fighting over planetary ownership.
  10. put the DCS.xml file in the trackir profiles folder . For me thats Program Files(x86)/naturalpoint/TrackIR5/Profiles Launch TIR and select the profile for usage.

    Game Engines!

regards procedural driven. i absolutely agree. @ Sobek re 1C, Is 1C seperate from the 1C:maddox company, did 1C:maddox have financial trouble. isnt that the route cause for everything problematic over on that side ?
  12. tbh i expected somthing different. but but but. its not bad and i like it. the scope of what you will be doing gameplay wise will be a nice touch and the attraction. and the trim functions whilst not realistic are in theory quite similar to the blackshark style trim and its theory. point and go and maintain. im a liking it. so whens it out ? i have not payed much attention to any related arma3 news but if arma3 has this approach to the FM, thats a really good thing. to explain bluntly. they have taken the original style of FM and enhanced it. modding and this will be quite special i think. given whats been getting done to arma2 i just know this will see some really interesting stuffs.
  13. installing the community preview just now ! will be back with some info shortly.
  14. well im not waiting patiently for the community preview at all. hopefully it'll arive tommorow. Op Arrowhead installed ! might take a spin in an apache in the mean time, get familiar with the crap FM before the updated one :)
  15. you guys are unbelievable. its a FREE TO PLAY GAME not a $20 a month job.
  16. Stumbled upon this earlier and was immediatly intrigued enough to have a proper look. im not a big fan of mmo's or anything remotely similar but this is actually very good and as a BSG fan i just had to try it. Presently in beta stage and designed as a Free to play mmo a very fitting adaptation of the latest Tv series into a decent F2P mmo game. with mechanics akin to the latest twitch shooters with a deep and broad set of RPG gameplay mechanics appearing in the Unity3D engine which is proving to be a fantastic piece of kit !!! . Do check it out space sim fans you maybe pleasantly suprised. DCS mkII Viper ftw ! http://eu4.battlestar-galactica.bigpoint.com/
  17. i believe the console market needs people like Bis inorder to inject something new to the present formulas. i do have a console and appreciate all forms of gaming. It could be Bis generating billions from somthing good rather than activision from somthing deplorable...... i dont condemn console gaming like every non console gamer does.
  18. $250.00 more interesting though is this all be it a bit too far fetched.

    ArmA III

well lol thats sealed it for me. it looks just brilliant. but more than anything it simply looks very playable without the clunky. i'll be getting this not BF3.
  20. LOL that really made me laugh. so true!

    ArmA III

this looks predominantly like a cheap cash in to me. nothing im seeing or reading about warrants an arma3, maybe some dlc yeah. but they only just managed to make arma2 what its ment to be a few weeks ago. ill pass. untill its under a tenner on steam :)
  22. Jon camaj ? he is my favourite in the recent history of sim racing. i just cant get on with much of anything from iracing.
  23. well it depends on the resolution of the mesh, i did work with a 300x300 km map once, crap mesh res, crap texture resolution over the area (scale) i think maximum texture resolution was 30K x 30K pixels. thats the limit. if they have enhanced that then that will be great. photoshop and performance was the limiting factor for the texture file types.
