  1. Sure, but you're one of the 0.00001% on here who knows what that's like :)
  2. Ah yes, but Tom payed homage to the great lord Zenu and Kelly didn't. That's why he's immortal and she's... not aged as well.
  3. This forum is somewhat partisan, with some being either fanboys or whiners, and perceived drifting into one camp - even if it wasn't your intention - can lead to being attacked by the other; not great I can't deny. That said, you can help yourself. Expect delays - this is a niche of a niche market and no-one gets into it for the money. If you have to criticise, make it constructive. Your first post came across as just a moan I'm afraid, and you received a chewing out for it. Two things to note: the addition of features on one part of the plane doesn't mean a delayed release if bug squishing is going on on something unrelated, and until you've paid money the devs don't owe you anything. Otherwise, welcome
  4. probad never says anything constructive, just ignore him.
  5. Sorry to ask again, guess my question got missed?! Can you tell us what the line colour represents please? AoA?
  6. No point posting a track for something that can be easily reproduced by following a simple instruction.
  7. Max weight for carrier landing is 34,000lbs.
  8. I'm not sure why you think looking for a work around is the correct response to a bug...
  9. Probably should have read the OP before going to the effort of writing that.
  10. Are you in receive mode only?
  11. Canopy, clock. That's all I've got.
  12. We don't have instructors or training material either. What's your point?
  13. That's been covered. Honestly, the people accusing those of wanting this of being lazy seem to be the ones who've not bothered to read through this thread.
  14. OP asked how hard it is to learn the basics: answer, relatively easy. Learning everything there is to know about it, much more involved..
  15. Hornet's can do that.
  16. That's an oversimplified analysis. You're not going to try your first A/A engagement against 4x Mig-29 in a Sabre, you'll not try your first landing with a 30kt crosswind, nor your first bombing run against a SAM site. The difficulty of almost every aspect of this game is scale-able. There's no good reason why AAR should be any different for those that need it.
  17. Very nice! Can you tell us what the colour of lines represents? AoA?
  18. Perhaps a language/culture difference, but coming across as a know it all/saying "I told you so" is often not appreciated, especially when it was just a lucky guess. :music_whistling:
  19. If the battery is discharging it's possible it's because there's a bug with the electrical system. It's therefore worth investigating at least, as it might have wider implications.
  20. Yes, because you knew what date it would be release all along
  21. +1 for absolute option.
  22. Elitist BS. Thankfully your opinion (or anyone's for that matter) on what features ED should prioritise counts for nothing. Improved AAR physics is in the works. All the more reason to make things a bit easier for those struggling.
  23. Things to consider: Hardware makes a difference. Not everyone has the time/ability to practice. Takeoff, landing, basic combat, is achievable for most players, but AAR is pretty much you can either do it or not. It's not a scalable difficulty. Once you can do it it's easy to forget how hard you first found it. Last and most important, an easy option doesn't give you an competitive advantage, so I don't see a good reason to oppose this idea.
  24. It wouldn't be the first time we've heard positive noises like that before though. If you're hoping for Feb, I'd expect to be miffed! We've not even seen any RIO game-play yet remember.
  25. Any more DCS planes to come?
