    What about the F15E???

ED is offering a refund. I’m not clear on what else they could at this time.
  2. I thought knife-edge passes required cross controls. Wing down and top rudder to keep flying straight.
  3. So, I'm guessing the answer is, No. Lots of claims but no tangible examples.
  4. It's been a while since I've had to fiddle around with VAICOM, but can't players create alias command phrases to use U.S. terminology for the tac turns? Great job with VAICOM BTW.
  5. “Because I said so” should be enough, I guess
  6. Sounds similar to my track above except I don’t think I had to push forward. The nose did rise slightly, then settled back on its own. I’m just confused by what others are reporting because I’m not seeing it at all.
  7. Are you having this problem with the Hornet in DCS? I may be missing something, but I'm not seeing any ballooning or control issues dirtying up at 250. https://forum.dcs.world/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=426390&key=c3541733a95e721d413d3aa82f6e934e Can the OP, or someone else seeing the same thing, upload a track showing it?
  8. Most of what you listed could be categorized as compromises. Life, as well as DCS, is full of them.
  9. Oh well, never mind.
  10. So, the F-16's FBW prevents cross controls like wing down, top rudder?
  11. I wonder why that is?
  12. No wing down, top rudder?
  13. Early Access is not for you, apparently. Lesson learned.
  14. “Request Re-arming does bring up re-arming screen” I think that’s a good thing.
  15. Really? They got it that wrong? That would be disappointing.
  16. Welcome to VR. I wholly recommend Point CTRL. https://pointctrl.com/ I’ve used it since 2021 and can’t recommend it enough. The order lead time is very long though.
  17. No comment
  18. Pretty much covered here, I think
  19. I really don't know what you're talking about. Tons of user mods are available on the ED website, not to mention the many community aircraft available. I'm not pretending to have any particular insight, and I would NEVER try to predict what ED plans, but I would bet a soda that user created liveries are not a thing of the past. I think ya'll are working yourselves up for no reason. At least at this time.
  20. To my mind, this is par for the course. Anything can happen but I don't think it's time to start assuming doom and gloom. Why would they release the template if they didn't plan on community liveries?
  21. This. Bignewy recently emphasized elsewhere the modding community is an importantly part of DCS. That, and the fact that ED just released the template, makes me believe they are just slow in rolling out the livery solution for the remastered F-5.
  22. This is my only reservation. I'd have preferred them work on any number of other jets (shout-out to the F-8 Crusader! I love you, man!) but I can see the F-35 will likely have more sale potential, especially with new players. I know I'll buy it just out of habit.
  23. The Sparrowhawk Tomcat? I'm betting it's planned but not yet announced.
  24. I would assume it would have the fantasy physics of the fantasy world that it’s in. The ships would behave as they do in the movies, but look as good as the latest modules do in DCS.
