What utter nonesense, staying silent during a dispute stops you from saying stupid things that open you up for more litigation. ED don't owe you an explanation, they've already stated they're pursuing a resolution, unless you're a stakeholder. If you're going to talk about public image, then Ron Zambrano's public rant has singlehandly destroyed any reputation that he had to begin with, and he has a track record of shooting himself in the foot, and having a massive ego issue, from various other sim platforms. He should have done everything through his legal representative, and under the terms and conditions of their agreement should have intimated to ED that the last thing he wishes to do at a meeting of the board of directors, was to withdraw support for his products until whatever the INTERNAL issue was resolved. Why do people keep insisting with this subscription malarkey, when ED have said it's not going to happen? You're talking like all modules have some sort of time constraint on them, and potentially expiring, you do realise that every single piece of software written can be classed in a similar manner? Companies can go into liquidation, and product support no longer exists, it happens all the time with mobile phone apps, IOS gets updated, apps fail to update, and chicken little, the sky is falling, and we're all going to die, except it doesn't, and the vast majority move along and go with the flow and the times, everyone is looking at the worst case scenario, and having knee jerk reactions, calm and cool heads prevail. The vast majority of DCS players had no issues with ED or their modules, until this nasty bitter spat with Razbam cropped up, and suddenly now everyone's a legal expert, and they know everything that's going on. It's your choice to not support other modules or DCS, personally I will keep flying the F15E, and my other Razbam modules until they've been withdrawn from the core engine, there's nothing to stop you from flying the core aircraft that came FREE. I've no reason to doubt that ED legal teams are not talking to Razbam's legal representatives.

What exactly do you feel an apology is called for? 2 modules not even released yet. What would have been better for ED and RB was to have acted through legal representation, instead they had a heated spat online, what happened there goes way beyond apologies, becuase one of them, chose your side, slandered the other in public, they damaged their own reputations.

Why does it constitue fraud? It's only fraudulent if they're knowingly continuing to sell a product that will no longer be supported by the developer. As it stands, everything is still ongoing through ongoing through legal representation, so there's nothing fraudulent going on. "I'm not going to boycott DCS" but in the next sentence you say you may leave DCS entirely... sounds like you've made up your mind. No mention of Razbam also still not completing modules, but it's all about ED. If you're going to leave then leave, there's no need to announce it to the world, it's not an airport departures lounge.

What about the take off? Does the Tail lift off the deck, and the aircraft sit horizontally and sometimes get stuck in the launch position? Hawkeye, Eddie and myself had this on carrier borne aircraft on ships/aircraft we'd been working on.

ED wouldn't be ED if their update didn't break something !! All joking aside, this issue with missiles makes using a lot of CH and Admiral's totally unplayable, I had one the the flight III's own missiles damage itself so bad, it sank !

Yeah, the update really nerfed the missiles, it seems to be only certain types, the Arleigh Burke SM2R's just spiral into the air, and detonate, but the SM6's will launchh and intercept

So I thought I'd try out hand tracking with the leap motion thing that attaches to the VR headset, and I'm unsure how to link it all. Doesa anyone have a similar set up? I use the PICO 4 in wifi mode, and link the Leap motion to the headset, but when I start VR, I can never see it, and it says device not connected. If I use the USB c cable to connect the Pico 4, then there's no link to the headset ( I use to recharge batter during use) Is there an simpletons guide anywhere out there ?

Yeah I was using the normal Ka-52, she's fine with the missiles, I wonder if I have a conflicting module ? UPDATE: Seems the old Ka52 Alligator from Hawkeye was causing a confliction, gun's a poppin now !
