  1. I simply use a button managed by autohotkey which automatically raises the level to Idle Ground. Then, the operation of the handle of throttle is according to the manual. For the stop, from Idle Ground, I use the button on the collective box that does the reverse (again with autohotkey) until the shutdown is complete. Apart from the action line 1, which does not comply with RL, the rest seems and suits me perfectly. ED already having a lot of work to develop and fix the bugs, I don't expect an improvement that brings so little.
  2. Il y a une possibilité, comme pour les ailes rabattables, en changeant l'argument des ailes (118) par celui du crochet (25) There is a possibility, as for the folding wings, by changing the argument of the wings (118) by that of the hook (25) Il faut changer la valeur dans deux fichiers : You have to change the value in two files: ..\Cockpit\Scripts\mainpanel_init.lua external_model_canopy_arg = 38 external_model_canopy_trucks_arg = 25 -- 25 Hook 118 Wings 43 Door et ..\Cockpit\Scripts\Systems\mechanics.lua CanopyCrank = { external_model_canopy_arg = 38, external_model_canopy_trucks_arg = 25, --25 Crosse 118 Ailes 43 Portes Ouvrez la verrière complètement avant d'apponter, le crochet descendra. Open the canopy fully before landing, the hook will drop. Bien sûr, les ailes ne seront plus rabattables et ne pouvant pas tester un appontage, je ne sais pas si le crochet sera efficace. Of course, the wings will no longer be foldable and since I can't test a landing on carrier, I don't know if the hook will be effective.
  3. It's no a problem for me, I have my hotfix mods. It's the brand image that gives for new pilots that try a basic module who has been broken that does not work properly ... But you are right, it's your choice
  4. Are 'Bugs & Issues' sections really useful ? ...
  5. Bug reported 3 months ago, still not corrected while the solution has been given... Not terrible, especially for a free module supplied to make envy the future pilots...
  6. It is always possible to mapping the PageUp and PageDown keys on simple buttons.
  7. Yes, with function as you ask for the Huey....
  8. Do you have an example of a helicopter module that works exactly according to this principle?
  9. Magnifique travail Je suis juste étonné par le nez de l'hélice qui est tellement différent de ce que l'on voit en majorité sur les photos et vidéos Est-ce une version particulière du Corsair ? Great work I'm just surprised by the nose of the propeller that is so different from what we see mostly on photos and on videos. Is it a particular version of the Corsair ? http://s4.e-monsite.com/2011/04/09/06/resize_550_550//vought-f4u-5-corsair-fighter-vmf-212-01.png
  10. And how the rotary handle of my throttle (without mechanical stop) will stop at Idle Ground? Without having an exact mechanic of the handle to reproduce the real operation, there will always be a compromise to accept.
  11. Yes, by decelerating until the stopper, the % should not be 0, since the stopper is the ground idle but this stopper does not exist on our axis. How do you see the management of this stopper ?
First bravo and thank you for all your work You say it does not work, was it with a particular model? Sometime ago, I modified a flyable MOD F4U ( P-51D version) (my apologies to his author, I do not remember who ...) in TF-51D flyable version. The only concern is that, of course, like the TF-51D, this is a 'disarmed version'.
  13. No worries, I settled with the same time but in March. The rendering is nice, it gives a good base to fly to instruments without being in the dark night
  14. I confirm but in outside view (F2) we don't have the rain effect like in the 2.5 version
  15. Thanks, I will test this as soon as possible, I am not in VR
  16. Personally, I use a reproduction of the real handle with the brake lever mapped on a axis and with a mechanical latch. I'm not sure what the best solution is with only buttons Good continuation
  17. Yes, see the screenshot, the joystick button #1 is mapped to this command. No, I haven't loaded the module 'Mosquito' yet, I don't have time to try it.
  18. But BTN1 works, press and hold the button, the brake will remain on, I don't understand what's wrong ....
  19. I like the thick fog with the sun, how did you set the weather parameters?
  20. I just tested, on the capture the BTN1 works with a pushbutton and also with a switch ON/OFF This also works if the brake is mapped to an axis (axis on Mini, switch or pushbutton ON) The brake will be on Max until the switch or push button is released.
  21. Only those who have the module could tell us or ED The management of these module it is classified in Miscellaneous, not in VR
  22. Another response from them .... which doesn't really answer the question ....
  23. Here is a response from UltraLeap to whom I asked the question :
  24. I follow the instructions in the manual: During the flight when the cargo swing occurs, damp out oscillations:  when the roll oscillations occurs – make a small roll movement in the same direction where the cargo is moving or reduce a little the collective pitch at the moment when the cargo is close to one of the end points;  when the pitch oscillations occurs – reduce a little the collective pitch at the moment when the cargo is close to one of the end points. You have to feel the imbalance that the load produces to compensate, with each compensation the imbalance decreases, therefore the correction also.
