Die grösste Herausforderung wird hier die Umsetzung bei den Rädchen mit den Zahlen liegen. Ansteuern über Schrittmotoren aus DCS-BIOS beurteile ich mal als nicht so schwer - auch wenn ich hier der Blinde bin, der über Farbvielfalt referiert. ;) Wenn's nicht zwingend sooo genau sein muss, würde ich ein Mini OLED-Display für die Zahlen nehmen. Input dann via Encoder (wurde ja schon gesagt) - Output dann aus DCS auf das Display. Dann entfàllt auch das Problem des initialen Sync mit den Ziffern. Bzgl. Gar nicht. :D Will sagen: Mein HOTAS ist für alle Module relativ gleich ähnlich belegt: "CMS" zB ist nun mal für Countermeasures da... Müsste mit dem Klammerbeutel gepudert sein, da was anderes draufzulegen. ;) Ansonsten: Helios und/oder externes Schalter-Gedöns für einige andere Sachen Handbuch, Mitgelieferte Tuts sowie das Zeugs was es sonst so themenspezifisch bei YT gibt. Hier mal ein fettes Danke an Raku und die vielen anderen 'Lehrer' :thumbup: Ja. :) Mir macht's Spass. Notizen / Skizzen machen. Pause nutzen. Ggf. Layout vom Cockpit ausdrucken. Nur in ganz hellem grau / schwarzweiss, damit man da mit dem Textmarker drauf rumkritzeln kann. 50-80% der Knöppe brauchst Du am Anfang eh' nicht. Nutzungsquote 100% erreicht man nie - ausser evtl. bei WWII-Fliegern. ;) Soweit meine Erfahrung mit den komplexen Modulen. Harrier erstmal ein paar Jahre einmotten bis er fertig ist. SCNR. ;) Im Ernst: In der Lernphase ist ein Wechsel zwischen den Modulen extrem kontraproduktiv. Zumindest für mich. Alles gut... Dafür ist ein Forum da! :thumbup: Edit: Und auch sehr zu empfehlen: "Lernpartner" suchen. Mit Buddy/Trainer geht's einfacher und schneller als sich slebst durchzubeissen. Multiplayer ist stets ne gute Schule.

Don't want to go too much OT in here, sry Blue.... I regularly order in China via AE or eBay. Quality of my ProMicros was OK. As there are dozens of sellers, there sureley maybe some black sheeps, but all overall I'm satisfied with almost every transaction. Needs some time for shipping, but thats OK. Experienced some lost shipments, but every issue was solved.

JFYI: 10 Nanos via Aliexpress to Canada incl. shipping will be ~2.50 USD/pc. Pricing is really at bottom: Almost not worth designing an own PCB - except for limited space or for 'academic reasons'.

With DISPLAY on the ICMCP you can limit the contacts to be shown. But I'm not sure what the max. no. of contacts will be. Guessing 6.

You can add aliases as you like for every command. For example, you'll get fuel, if you added and trained "Gimme a drink". That way you can add the exact wording or other brevities. All possible.

Got me... typo... I apologize: Mixed up the models.

Currently: Waiting for a human flyable F-4... Saying: No internal cockpit -> no data (gauges) to export -> nothing to display on a second monitor. If this module is available: Again waiting. This time for updates of either Helios 1.4 (already mentioned) or Ikarus until the data-export is implemented in it. But: You can already start building a pit with everything around: Switches, knobs, rotaries... That will be an interesting project! Go for it! :thumbup:
