How to set up toggle switches (a tutorial)
RightStuff replied to Spy Guy's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Concerning the switches with a cover I tried to mimic the solution which works for the F18: https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=4168935&postcount=655 But I had no success with the "down - pressed - up" in the BlackShark config. Any thoughts on this? -
How to set up toggle switches (a tutorial)
RightStuff replied to Spy Guy's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Yes. But depending on the input device and the used software there is a 'workaround'. I am using TARGET for Warthog and this code: MapKey(&Joystick, TG1, GunCover); MapKeyR(&Joystick, TG1, GunCover); MapKey(&Joystick, TG2, Gun); Stays always in sync and works like a charm. -
The answer is burried in this thread: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=89226 Basically it is not rocket science and maybe your problem war already answered there. If not: drop me a note and I'll look what I can do for you.

Lol...

That should be the way to go. But due to a still existing bug you won't see an SA-2: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=260506

:music_whistling:

(1) single “MonitorSetup.lua” for ALL Modules
RightStuff replied to Fakum's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
That way it should work! What's the corresponding part in your monitorconfig.lua? Maybe a naming problem? -

RightStuff replied to Fakum's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
You're welcome. And now: FInd attached my OVGME-Patchfile for Helios. Together with my monitorconfig.lua you're almost ready to go. You just need to reposition the viewports for your monitor. Good luck! HELIOS Profiles cleaned.zip -
(1) single “MonitorSetup.lua” for ALL Modules
RightStuff replied to Fakum's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Hi buedi, sure... attached: my monitorconfig.lua Not rocket science in there. I think you'll get the idea... Don't forget to rename the vewports in the corresponding lua-files of the instruments! Use OVGME as a modmanager for re-applying the mofified files after each update. All_Modules_WQHD.lua -

(1) single “MonitorSetup.lua” for ALL Modules
RightStuff replied to Fakum's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Both of them. I designed a single MonitorSetup.lua with distinct names for the viewports and put them in every needed init.lua. -
(1) single “MonitorSetup.lua” for ALL Modules
RightStuff replied to Fakum's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Maybe it's a 'reserved' name. And as I didn't see an error in your configs I could not jump in. I renamed all viewports locally as <module>_<viewport> Like "Ka50_Shkval". So there wasn't even a tiny chance to see the problem you had, as your syntax was OK. Glad you solved it. -
[CHECKING] SA-2 missing HARM target class
RightStuff replied to Robin_Hood's topic in Bugs and Problems
With latest patch: Bug is still valid. Pls review report. Thx! -

For obvious reasons I cannot go into details here. My comment should be seen as a headsup to take look around the (SIM-)corner, where this technique is used, it has an well documented header file and afaik there are coming some programming examples with it as well. If you or anybody else is lost while searching these data, pls drop me a PN and I'll glady give a helping hand.

Interesting approach and clean work! Curious to see more. Thx for sharing your progress!

Oh? Flight Data/ Textures possibly in Shared Memory? Have heard about it anywhere else... But I forgot where. ;)

[NEED TRACK REPLAY]FA-18C A-A Radar Stuck in PDI
RightStuff replied to Habu_69's topic in Bugs and Problems
Pressing OSB1 ("PDI") and/or scaling range down to 5nm and then up again were usuable workarounds. But yes, I'd judge this as a bug as well. More often to see when starting in the air. (MP).
