  1. @159th_Viper Sorry but it's looks not nearly as one of this many Vids. You can clearly see all the time this extrem acceleration after you have throttle down (pumping). There is no need for breaking after your 80% RPM pushes? My driving looks like yours but as I said before, looks nothing near the real Su27 and feels also not right! Looks and feels very unnatural!
  2. That's not the point! I can't see this "break unlock behavior" (nose dive till break unlocks) from our Su27 or a sudden "magical" break if the throttle was pulled down. The Plane glides all the time very smooth. The Su27 has a "magic" break stop if your throttle is under 72% RPM. There is no slowing slightly down. If you under 72% RPM, the Su27 breaks on her own even in the air. No slightly speed lost like in RL. If you stay above 72% you can hold the break and the plane still try to accelerates. @ 72% RPM I can't really break the plane to zero. Under 72% RPM I don't need to break because there is an "autobreak". Now I MUST go above 79% RPM to not break to zero and you can clearly see this "nose down" agian like there is an active braking. If I only pull the Throttle to 72% or 75% again, the plane still breaks to zero very fast. If the plane stays (zero RPM) and you raise the throttle to 80% the whole plane make this "break till unlock nose dive". It's like the breaks are locked and then suddenly unlock. And if you are under 72% there is this lock again. If you now move the throttle again to 80% the plane goes forward like a wild horse with this "nose down break unlock showing" (like a F14 Tomcat carrier start). I have seen so much videos but not one aircraft, even the RL Su27, has shown such an behavior. It's not the throttle pulling and all this noises, it's all about this magic breaking in air and on ground! If you all are right, why is there this "nose down/front wheel dampers down thing" IF there is no power, which could pull this plane forward? The front wheel dampers going down because.... no force = dampers must act? Physic = magic? That there is some frictional resistance and more at ground then in the air, I do know, but not one Video was showing this behavior that our Su27 is showing. Please post a Trk File where you guys show how to drive this plane like in RL on the runway. If I can see you can handle this without breaking and 80% Throttle pushes alle the time, you drive it like in RL, I will never ever say there must be a bug!
  3. Nice find! As you can see there is no "lose breaking effect" at acceleration start and even if the nossles are open (less than 72% RPM) the plane doesn't break on its own! If you do so in in DCS the Su27 will break fast to zero! The AI can drive the Su27 at 30 kph without using a break only with the management of the thrust rpm. If you can do so the same please upload a trk file so I can learn how this works. THX
  4. All you said is not new or a special thing. We test this FM and you perhaps not as intensiv.. that's the whole explanation why we get in situation you never had. If you have not found one bug, you should begin to test this release! ;)
  5. I flew the Dora and thought "wow what a bitch" but now I flew the Su27 and I think the Dora is the more stable air craft in any situation. If the Su27 is such a bitch in RL all Su27 Pilots are heros only for flying this "modern" aircraft! :worthy:
  6. Yes I know this thread but I think this is a bug and It's not working as intended. Even with all this strange explanation, there is some physic that works even for russian planes! Please explain the breaking effects on ground and in the air. Please explain this "Rudder dancing" with Autopilot on and under 610 kph at every hight and without Autopilot at a hight above 2000 Meters!? Why can the AI "drive" the plane without this strange breaking effect but the player can't? And as I said, why is there a "digital" behavior for the engines and why is the acceleration the same with only one engine? It's all about physics, even for russian planes! The same discussions with the F15c PFM... was all alright said the testers and after 3 patches, all this "allright thingies" went away!
  7. There is a annoing speed bug that some people explain as "normal" behavior. I cant believe this! I have flown the first Su27 Campaign and at the ground you can clearly see that there is a lose breaking thing @80% RPM but there is no break activated. You have to go to 80% RPM, wether with one or two engines, then there is a "lose break" and the plane accelerates from zero to 90 kph in 1 second. The plane holds this speed till your input is under 72% RPM. Before that the plane accelerates at the same speed even with 72% or 77% or 80%. Under 72% RPM the plane "breaks" on own to zero. If you hit F2 you can see the nossles act even in this range. There is NO analoge input. It's a on/off switch! 80% RPM on ~71% off! The same behavior in the air with something more strange things incomming. In a straight flight you have to go to 80% RPM to accelerate. You even accelerate if you now go under 80% till 72%. If you now go under 72% RPM there is an "Airbreak" incomming. The effect is much more intensiv as with the real air break itself! If I go under 72% RPM I lose every second 15 kph. If I pull the real air break I lose around 10 kph. If I am under 72% RPM the real airbreak has nearly no effect only if i try to sink then the real airbreak add a small breaking effect. The speed display for AI planes on ground is wrong too. Speed is around 30 kph, shown speed is around 76 kph. @ around 10 kph 56 kph are shown. @ Under 610 kph the plane begins a "rudder dance" with autopilot on (A). The "dance" stops @615 kph. You can see this at the external view (F2) that the whole time the rudder and the ailerons are working "together". Edit: Trk upload error all the time
  8. So you can't fly the Su27 precise under 80% RPM? What about this extrem speed ups @ 80% rpm. Digital thrusters? All or nothing? And this "wild horse riding" at ground is normal for russian jets? Hmm... then the Su25/T must be rebuild! This is bird is now wrong like hell. :music_whistling:
  9. All this "new festures" reminds me the F15C PFM release! 90% of the problems are the same. Read the old F15C bug reports and you will find some bugs that are looking very close to the yet known. I hope they will fix all this problems in short!
  10. @Andrei Thanks for the info! I will give it a try.
  11. No.. I have the same Problem and an autobreaking on ground. I need more then 60% Thrustpower to roll this bird, but with this power the bird will get very fast in a few seconds.
  12. I try the same all the time! :pilotfly:
  13. .....now more lively and less forgiving. I like you sence for black humor! I never flew such a beauty in RL but I think this bird needs a little bit help. At ground there is a magical break all the time and a magical wire to hold this beauty down to the runway till 300 kph are archived. The "inverted stall till death" even with nose down and full AB is another magical "trick" I can't believe. And @ 8.000 meters the bird is dancing left and right if your speed is under 700 kph. Over all I like the Su27 but I see the exact same problems we have had at the first F15C beta. Many "magical" stuff but this will hopfully be fixed soon.
  14. If I trimmed the su27 with flaps down to level flight and then pull up the flaps, why is the su27 lift up the nose to the sky? Mustn't it be revers? Drop the nose slow to surface?
  15. OMFG you don't get it, right? And how many of them flew a Cessna or a SU27? So how can they test this Sim? Your logic is still strange...! Indeed.. a funny situation.. very funny...!
  16. Ok come on! That was a flat spin too! :music_whistling: Please look at my tracks and all tell me what I did wrong and you did right to get out of this spins and why was the Su27 magical flipping to flight path after i ejected? Even more I am interested why the Su27 goes in a free fall down (nose to earth) and has no steering reaction? It seems to be that under 300 km/h the Su27 has a magical wire even on the runway. I can't drive the plane on ground. There is all the time a magical break. Under 60% thrust there is no rolling possible! You can find my tracks @ posting #123 and #124
  17. You can find the tracks @ posting #123 + 124
  18. Inverted flat spins till death are now "normal" with this PFM, but I can't believe that this is right. If I eject, the plane often turns magical in the normal flight postion and the engines cumming up. Even with full AB I can't left this flat inverted spin and sometimes I fall down with the nose to earth an even then I have no chance to get the controls back. It feels like the Su27 is hooked up at something, like a magical wire... :music_whistling:
  19. So you ask the tester team? No? Hmm.. let's think about this funny situation?
  20. And another one! A Stall backwards @250 km/h even with AB no chance to get the controlles back! BetaSu27_PFM_stall flat backwards.trk
  21. Hmm.. the Su27 FM is extrem strange! Today the Su27 was falling down from ~12.000 Meters to ~2.000 meters with the nose to earth and AB @ ~ 280 km/h. And all the time if the Su27 stalls, she flips on the back. If I pull at the stick, there is nearly no response, but after a little time the full input comes in and the Su27 is turning extrem hard and I have again no response with my stick. Compared to the FW190-D and to the F15C the Su27 is flying like an old WW I plane. I can't fly this beauty. It's so frustrating. BetaSu27_PFM_not really.trk
  22. @karambiatos Yep, I have noticed this too! But I don't know why!
  23. Yesterday I flew a little bit around and in a lift up with full AB at a AoA of 15° the engines suddenly blow out. A little bit later I stalled the Su @300 km/h and the engines blow out again. Is this normal? If I try to fly a Su27 display like in RL all the time the engines blowing out if I am near a stall. I have read that the Su27 is one of the planes where the engines didn't blow out so fast and less as fast as a F15C. I have tried the same with the F15C and the engines never blow out. I am a little bit suprised. :music_whistling:
  24. Hmm... I hear more a: "If we are extrem lucky, we will bring EDGE this year but it's already save delayed till 2015." And I think, EDGE will never ever be ready for a release this year. This "hope calling" is more a push down for the bad emotions. I personally would be extrem lucky If I would be wrong at this point, but I was never before, so I don't think I will be proven wrong?
  25. Thx! Can't wait till the Bo-105 is out!
