No free manuals for the A/B, only pocket checklists (or manuals for the D). If you want the A/B manual you'll have to buy one I'm afraid. I've been searching for days.

Code only works in game, not the model viewer. That's just for looking at textures and bare animations, not code-driven animation with conditions.

Maybe the tire friction just needs to be adjusted for EFM aircraft. Right now they all just land on solid ground.

The mirrors are off by default, there's a textured mirror when they're off. Did you try hitting "M"?

I have the same processor, similar Gigabyte mobo and 8GB of ram too, and had 2 HD 5770's. Bought this rig 5 years ago as well. Last week swapped the ATI cards for a single GTX 970 and that alone was an incredible performance boost. Unreal what a difference changing just that made. Will upgrade the rest of the components in the coming months. :) The 970 memory issue of 3.5GB instead of 4 is really a non-issue if you aren't running above 1080 resolution (like multiple monitors or 4K). DCS with a full scene of objects hasn't peaked this card's memory yet.

I was back and forth between the 970 and 980, and based on what I read the 980 was only an advantage for me if I were running multiple monitors or crazy resolutions. Also the ~200 dollar price difference between the 2 for marginal performance increases was silly. Got a factory-overclocked 970 and couldn't be happier with it. DCS maxed out is as smooth as butter, even with this old AMD chip. :)

I'm running the same processor, Phenom II X4 965 black edition 3.4GHz, due for an upgrade as well. Just swapped my dual HD 5770 cards for a single EVGA GTX 970, boy that alone was an insane difference. :) I'll probably upgrade the mobo, ram and get an Intel chip in the next few months or so to complete it. But like MFTDarkEagle said it'll be a big difference.

Really? The A-10C cockpit is over 205,000 triangles, the MiG-21bis is over 282,000. 100,000 seems like nothing. :D
