  1. Did this mix 2 times and both times was not a problem to stop them, see the impact points on my two mix. The one in front of the ship was first mix, the lateral one on the second mix I did just to check and was ok, too. be aware that cluster must not hit the ships. I hope it helps
  2. Used during CASE III launch "and" departure Could be in both situation? Edit: I do not know, just guessing, maybe this brevity is used in each departure, but after a Case III launch it's required at a specific moment, after launch/Radar Contact?
  3. Try with the correct weapon param as I pointed out (VT700 it's not), I remember I just dropped them as a normal release in front of the boat the cluster did not hit the boat as per instruction. C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\campaigns\FA-18C Raven One Dominant Fury\Doc we have a nice pdf docs there, there is also some word reference, Kilo is in pag 9/14: KILO: mission ready. Used during CASE III launch and departure, to tell Mother that the jet is good and the flight is leaving to go on their mission.
  4. I think this is a different subject and not intended. I believe it is already reported, I remember I read something on it on the bug section.
  5. To pass the mission: We need just to place the video recorder switch as per mission briefing instruction. About the system (that I do not think is simulated in our DCS F18) trying to make it short should be 2 recorders with 2h of memory that are activated: - manually (MAN and record continuously the selection made by the switches) or - automatic (AUTO, when on A/A and A/G Master modes start recording continuosly. Pressing first trigger detent or weapon release button record the HUD regardless of its switch position, if in A/G master mode and there is FLIR on either DDI the record of the HUD is not automatic.
  6. in my mission worked at first attempt, just to test it, but I do not know if this could be the problem, try with the correct weapon parameters. SMS setup of VT - HOB @ 1500ft. For this weapon we can use just this option on the F18
  7. You got also F14 client slots since ver 4 4.0.0 * Added Tomcat support (airborne, on catapult, cold start) * Identifying if you're flying Hornet or Tomcat and adjusting required AOA and such to match the current aircraft. * Added groove time measuring. * Increased max score from 70 to 75 (because of groove time score). * Adjusted overhead tanker pattern to make it fly smoother tracks. * Changed Stennis TCN to 74X. * Changed overhead KC-130 TCN to 37X. * Fixed bug that caused some problems when restarting the mission.
  8. There are some bugs going on, try to have a look at my linked stuff, also try my very simple mission, just to see if there is other things to take care of.
  9. Hi, how did you setup your SMS page to drop them? Just to understand if could be this, as I drop it with correct SMS setup of VT - HOB @ 1500ft parameters and the mission was success. I do not know if it's related to this, our Cluster Mk20 Rockeye CBU 100 and CBU 99 are "hardwired" from ground personnel at 1500 feet Height Of Burst. Anyway you do not have to hit them. I don't know how the mission trigger is setup.
  10. I never use easy comms. it's a different comms management, but it works afaik. you can forget to tune comm 1 manually, everything will be handled by the comms menu when you select the agency or recipient you want to communicate to, if you have the radio set on the correct freq the option menu will be white, otherwise will be grayout and selecting it will switch the radio on the correct freq for you and start the comm.
  11. You have easy comms option ON Try to turn it off in OPTION -> GAMEPLAY from DCS Manual: Easy Communication. With Easy Communication on, the radios will automatically tune to the selected recipient's frequency. In addition, the radio menu will only display objects present in the mission and highlight those with whom contact is possible. With Easy Communication off, the player has to tune the correct radio set to the correct frequency for the desired contact and select the correct contact out of the full radio contacts menu.

  13. Hello, I would suggest to watch this little tut by Wags, just to have an idea.
  14. Hello, which HP G2 Cable do you have? I use to have the first version, the one without an ON/OFF little push button on the HP little square box, I got several troubles with the Reverb, open a ticket to replace the cable with HP, they first try to change only the power supply (the cable was mine same old one plug and little square box), but still no joy, same troubles. At the end they send me the new cable so everything was back to normal. On this new cable there is a little button (on a little bit bigger square box) to power on/off the G2 without unplugging the usb cable, I don't know if my explanation make sense. The HP customer care was sceptic to send me the new cable on the first ticket, as they state the troubles with the old one were expected to be only on AMD processors, and I'm on INTEL, but reasonably they were pretty much wrong.
  15. Did you do field landings checks? like Antiskid ON? as per carrier traps you have them OFF. brakes application without could be tricky.
  16. double press the undesignate?
  17. Hi, try this mix I put up just to avoid the current bug, ED is investigating on them. I did also a very simple video tut, with all the steps, try to see if it works.
  18. Yes Just when Manual mode is selected the interval is MS Milliseconds and not FT Feet. just in this release mode.
  19. I remember that INTerval is always feet (FT), just when MANual mode is selected the INTerval it’s Milliseconds (MS).
  20. Just a very simple tutorial on how to use the F18 ACLS on Super Carrier
