I hope the new model will be ready for both radials as P-47 is available for EA. Then we plan to give some care to inline engines.

The damage model for high power radials was planned as new for DCS (P-47 and 190A), so we could not complete it because it requires a lot of checks, tests , etc not to release it with unexpected failures. Another reason is that the whole concept of engine reliability is being changed now - some restriction will be weakened but there are some new restrictions ,especially for radials handling, that will make your flights not so careless.

No, 109 for my version reacts with sound very fast at constant 1500 with noticable disapperaing of exhaust sound. And Bf 109 do have constant speed prop...

I will try to explain. Recommended setting is for safe taill raising. If I determine correctly, -1 gives diamond position for FFB joystick as it shown below. The plane lifts for about AoA of 7 degrees at 100 kph. At 145 kph you need to apply very small stick pull. You can not wait that the plane will keep the same balance with IAS increasing because it is a complicated sum of wings lift, main gear reaction (depends on wings lift), P - factor (decreases with AoA), etc. It's not a problem neither for real plane nor for a joystick with not so aggressive center point as Warthog has. So, the neutral force point avoids pilot from the relatively fast tail raising and then only slow stick reaction is needed to keep 7-8 deg tail-heavy position.

The most safe method is to have force center of the stick in the position that establish tail lift-off by itself. So, this process does not depend on pilot's input. For example, the manual for Dora directs not to force tail raising, just stick neutral and wait. Of course, trained pilot can acts different but it is depends on it skill and luck.

Basically, L-39 is a good approximation of Me-262 :) to understand all the pros and contras of a small jet vs props. P.S. I have not said "a copy"!

Динамика ракет делается на основе цифровых продувок. Результаты этих методов проверялась на ракетах, продувки которых были доступны, и проверки показали практически полное совпадение. Удельные импульсы лучших ракетных топлив хорошо известны. Масса двигателя тоже известна. да и если не очень известна, то статистическая доля массы двигателя в общей массе ракеты тоже величина известная. Да и насчет редчайших особей тоже перебор - совершенно неожиданно появился человек, который не только в оба сима квалифицированно летает, но еще и на Мустанге реальном...

I would not say it's overdone significantly... Probably a bit tweaking. If 150 rounds was the limit, so, the suggestion could be that it is without noticable degrading ballistics (muzzle velocity). Dispersion is not so important (sometimes it is helpful), that's why it can increase a bit at the end of this 150 limit. So, 1200 rdm for M3 gives about 7.5 seconds of the max burst with noticable increasing of dispersion at the end. But ballistics must remain intact.

А про понимание, что 60-70 метров за 6-7 секунд - это именно следствие того, что при ветре самолет и воздух, относительно которого самолет движется, как при отсутствии ветра, можно рассматривать как НЕПОДВИЖНУЮ систему координат, относительно которой земля движется со скоростью 10 м/с. Дальше требуется пояснить?
