  1. As shown, has anyone else had this after update? Cannot figure out this one, happens shortly after launching
  2. This happens even with default shadows, as they revert to flat at a certain distance.
  3. See this thread a few posts below yours, it might help https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=257972
  4. See this post https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=4184864&postcount=6
  5. Did you bench with vsync enabled in NVCP? that can cause lower score.
  6. Yes I'm an advocate of using a fixed pagefile https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=230471 however this program helps with some inherent problems in Windows 10 itself, we have this running on the 104th server for several days now and it is definitely helping with stability.
  7. More background and the origins of this program and others https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/fix-game-stutter-on-win-10-1703-1809.420251/
  8. I highly recommend this to anyone running Windows 10 https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/intelligent-standby-list-cleaner-v1000-released could potentially solve alot of issues some have with DCS and OS usage in general.
  9. Does anyone know the name for this model? Removing it would be a good workaround til it's fixed.
  10. Are you unticking vsync in DCS options? make sure that is disabled. If you have that switched on it will override the nvidia FPS limiter, the best way to go about all of this would be to use Fast Sync in NVCP then set the FPS slider to you desired amount.
  11. This is a bug, play a mission with overcast then switch mission to weather with ordinary clouds and the horizon stays darkened.
  12. The tree shadows (including buildings etc) on the 'default' DCS setting revert back to a flat shadow at a set lod distance, the transition is quite ugly being as it's so close to the camera.
  13. Yes that's how it's supposed to work, if there were highly detailed trees all the way to the horizon the FPS would drop significantly, it's only the close to middle range details that need to look good.
  14. MFAA is known to cause texture anomalies in DCS so I never use that.
  15. 4xMSAA in DCS options and 4xSGSSAA via NV Profile Inspector gives superb image quality that surpasses the default NVCP option.
  16. Tested 3 seasons here they look fine on my machine
  17. Try on High or Extreme with tree slider at max and they will look better.
  18. If you have Texture Filtering Quality set to Performance in nvidia control panel this will cause trees to look very poor, also having a low visibility setting in DCS will do the same.
  19. Trees look much much better again
  20. Just go into Special section in DCS options and untick 'Show DCS Overlay by Default'.
  21. On my machine 1920x1080 using in game 4xMSAA and 4xSGSSAA applied via nvidia Profile Inspector, this is how it looks
  22. Standby memory clearing, this app would take of that https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=1256
  23. You use Malewarebytes or something similar? https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=4044884&postcount=34
