same problem here, we don't want this launcher. pls ed remove this or make it optional. i've set the lua file to false ( launcher) and opened and still the same issue.

One cool tip for each update, so you can launch DCS straight in so you won't lose time closing dcs to open it from the bin-mt folder. Do the following: Browse your game folder ( not saved games). "C:\Users\YOUR NAME HERE\DCS World OpenBeta\bin" Move the file : "DCS_updater.exe" to "C:\Users\YOUR NAME HERE\DCS World OpenBeta\bin-mt" Make and send both shortcuts to your desktop/taskbar/start menu from these files: DCS_updater.exe and DCS.exe Enjoy. This will prevent you opening dcs.exe from bin once you update it, and you will start from the bin-mt.

Multiplayer Server list takes FOREVER to load.

Route problem. the ports are different even when friends that are "neighbors" and intl' friends. They usually send me the server ip and we've gotta test the last 2 digits on end of the port. IE: "server.ip.here:103xx" , or the list takes forever to load, even having favorites, the servers with the correct ip won't connect if the list is not loaded, you have to refresh multiple times, My NAT TYPE is fine, i play on other games and different servers without issues, the speed is also fast for both download and upload. The friends i have also have the same isp and they connect just fine. This problem needs to be investigated further, since this problem is random. I've always had this problem even when moving and having different isps over those years. -
AI ground units need a night time accuracy penalty.

Any enemy aircraft at night ignores day/night, they know you are there. Specially the f5e and mig21bis bots, su 27 or mig29 you could give out an excuse. They don't use radar. -
its jittery for me too, for my humans cpgs looks fine. but i can't guide them or surpervise them while scanning.

Good morning, do we have any news regarding the agm 130 and sniper pod? All hope and wish is that the current events between the two companies has improved ! We need new updates. I understand it is a delicated topic and i am hopeful both are working to a professional resolution. I hope we could use the aforementioned agm 130 and the SniperPod as soon as available and the JTIDS. <the gbu laser code somehow can't be changed anymore>

Problem with me is being detected on inside a forest, behind a building, behind trees. AND yep and the rotor blades on itself is easier to spot, the apache is far away from being the rah-66. specially when there is no enemy a50 to spot me or any enemy EWRS around to vector them, it seems as if those ai bots has a sixth sense. wwwwwwwwww What bothers me the most is the following: My flight regimes are consisted of : flying 70~ 80kts at 20~30 feet or lower, nothing too radical, i love taking the time, detours, the longer routes if it is safe and if my fuel allows. There were instances that these planes were too far away on hoggit/trough the inferno, and i was being detected around 60nm, locked at around 30nm with grade lock and when i went to check on the f10 map, and i use the ruler, it tells me roughtly 45nm + the EWRS to confirm it. Flying behind terrain, hills, gorges saved me a few times and i even got some ai pilot kills. the day in question that i have posted this issue, has been occurring for a while specially at night. I took my gunner to teach him how to use the tads and do the LOAL attack and there were instances where the flak saw me trough trees arriving at the place we were supposed to practice on the 162 training server, my gunner and i were shocked that the flak radar ( i do not remember the name of it, i'll have to look on dcs later) was seeing us behind cover. i do believe it was the sukhumi airbase < it was 2months ago>. I fly low to avoid detection in the first place, those were the issues bothering me for a long while and i just came up to report that, i was browsing trough the sections to see if someone reported the same thing and apparently have not found yet. I flew the huey since 2014 and ofc no rwr and i was always oblivious to the dangers, i had no metrics on this matter, with the apache rwr its apparent someone is searching, detected and if he/she wants to lock you, you will be locked.

are you doing that on the ground? if yes enable ground and master arm on. then singlescan/ continuous on the FCR page.

the apache had toggable options on the UTIL page, for the pitot tube, then after a few updates after release it stopped working. not sure whether it worked or not, but the option was there for the pitot tube.

land, master arm off and ground arm off. try clicking wpn and gray scale again as if you were going to set the ihadss. you can do it on the air too. but its best to do on the ground. (safety reasons)

Flight model feels the same, what works better and has been refined was the ATT HOLD and ALT HOLD. the only thing i agree with casmo is that, the feels on the wheels are weird when you lock the wheels and move forward and hit the breaks after collective down and wheter your reset the scas or not, the tail wants to go to the right, but apart from that, the fm have not changed. -
You got to disable/enable ALT hold again. do not exceed [99] torque. try reducing it slightly and keep trying the ALT hold, you will get the "feel" for it. %. Whenever you are heavy /light make, the % of torque will be higher /less, pay attention to the "Ground Effect vs Out of Ground Effect" and make sure you are not that heavy and not too high where the aircraft loses lift. in this case you got to fly in circles so you don't lose "lift". If you are flying at lower altitudes where the air is denser, sure, try to stabilize the " I>" icon on the right for the altitude. then hit ALT HOLD and refrain from pulling /pushing the collective unless you need to. (for masking/un-masking) ( bob-up/bob-down) if you want to stay in hover those are my advices, but you can test the limits later, after you get the hang of it and plan accordingly.!
