I am afraid I got the fail again. When I read afof's post, below. I am getting confused. What am I excactly doing wrong? I edit the weapon, checks it and parameters looks good and saved. What is wrong?

Ran the repairtool and tried again. Same error again with GB10. Mods: Scratchpad and SRS. Had the eroors occasionaly before both mods.

Just had another one. Four GBU10's only weapons on the wings. Flaps up and gear up, checked settings twice, firm press on release button (TM Warthog) and I have no reason to believe there is a fault there. Does it mean that multiplayer tracks is no good? The error is rare, I think I have had it 3-4 times. My guess is that it is 1 out of 30-40 times. I am flying the A10 a lot and have dropped a lot of GBU's, so I am familier with it. I am pretty sure the settings where OK. I do know that changing via HUD can cancel the settings, but it shouldn't give the "Autolase fail" right? I will post if it turns up again. CU

Yeah, I know that. But this happen just before the newsletter. My point is a updated and easy to find buglist. If I bought the F16. Before going in I would read the updated buglist, just to avoid unnecesarry confussion and wasted time. Shuenix

Hi ED I have recently returned to DCS after 9 month break. I stopped because of the many new bugs after each update. Now back, I can see it is much better now, ED have apparently udated internal bug hunt before release. Very good ED. Realizing it is a open beta, I know bugs can't be avoided. This post is in F18 section, cause it was in the F18 I had a problem. In my relearning process in the F18, I started training with JSOW, I knew from Youtube that there was a lot of new things, so I looked at videoes and in the manual and I was good to go. But with the JSOWs I had problems. They did not hit anywhere near the target. I believed it was my own fault, doing something wrong, it did not for 1 second think of a bug, cause JSOW worked before I stopped. So more videos and more reading. It did not help, so I searched the forum and finally, other people had problems too and it was a bug. 2-3 days of grievence and frustration could have been avoided with an updated and easy to find buglist. I suggest at each module get an update easy to find known buglist. It could be a sticky in the bug section at each module. Many modules are hard to learn, but we don't need to make them harder than necessary. See you in the skies.

Fail appeared today with GBU12. I dropped 3 GBU12 with succes, the fourth gave me the big yellow Autolase fail.

Done it for me too, but it's rare. Yeah, Tacan off/on is the workaround

I have flown a mission and dropped 10 GB12 and no error today. I will off course submit a track file, if it happends again. Sry guys, just found out I posted in wrong forum, it should have been A10 C II. You can delete or lock the thread if you want. Sry.

It was first drop. Instanly the the big fail message came up on both DDI's and I couldn't get rid of it. The bomb dropped, but off course it did not hit.

I thought the autolase fail was fixed, but I have just had the problem, twice. It was online on Caucasus on two different servers. Both times it was with GBU 12. One with 15 sec. lase and one time with 20 sec. lase. I will save the trachfile if it does it again.

So any idea when? 2021,2022 or ?

It did it for me yesterday, it was very severe. It was F18, online on Georgia.

I hope you are good at it, cause heli's and warbirds can be a challenge. Good luck.

Got the problem too. The text at the two on/off buttons above the DDI's is very bad. I wouldn't be able to read it, if Ididn't know what it was. Other texts are also bad. I have just reinstalled thesim after 9 month break. Before I had no problems. ED, do you have anything on the subject? SOLVED: I screwed up,forgot to put textures at high,now it's much better. Sry.
