  1. Thats not a JF-17 cockpit. Looks to me like a GCI station and who knows what the rings are supposed to display. We cant not even be sure if that is true Link-17. Right behind the sensor, you can see the CFT (conformal fuel tanks) that are used by F-16 only. So that aircraft we see in the video is not a JF-17 but F-16 just like this one: That is still F-16 fotages. You can tell that by looking at the canopy in the back and the wings.
  2. Have you first updated your DTC before you load it up in your aircraft ?
  3. You can just copy past DCS via a USB stick (if big enough) to a other drive/pc. All you need to do is to recreate the desktop icon.
  4. DCS skins are quite big and if you join the Growling Sidewinder server with 64 people on it, I dont want to to have to download like 10-20GB of skins. Also with my bad internet, it would create big lags for me downloading skins the whole time as someone joins.
  5. @Zius, I recommend you to overfly the chucksguide of each aircraft to get an idea how much you would have to learn and how to operate them. In my opinion, the JF-17 is the most intuitive plane out of the 3 because of its big MFD's and sterile cockpit design. You can also make use of the trial system. When you start a trial for one aircraft, you can try it out free for two weeks. You can access the trial program here: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/personal/licensing/trial https://www.mudspike.com/chucks-guides-dcs-jf-17-thunder/ https://www.mudspike.com/chucks-guides-dcs-f-16c-viper/ https://www.mudspike.com/chucks-guides-dcs-f-a-18c-hornet/
  6. Standalone: Steam:
  7. I dont think its false. I mean in this real life picture, you can see that the C-802 is downpointed slightly in relation to the SD-10
  8. You can do it via the F-10 map ingame. Also in multiplayer
  9. The JF-17 already got a mach cone
  10. There is a public open beta (which most DCS server use) but currently open beta and stable are on the same version number. So there is no difference. If you want the closed alpha version to get all the secret stuff we are dreaming about, you would have to join the ED team which you can do here: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/ru/vacancies/ If you still want to upgrade from stable to open beta follow this guide: Standalone: Steam:
  11. Unmöglich scheint es nicht zu sein aber halt nur in kleinem maßstab
  12. Notice the "Dynamic mission" at the top
  13. Set country to combined joint taskforce red/blue. This will unlock all skins as well
  14. The Su-17m4 was already teased by Magnitude 3/Leatherneck Studios and might come very soon. https://stormbirds.blog/2022/01/01/magnitude-3-teases-new-dcs-aircraft/ Why I think its a Su-17m4 ? This is why
  15. Dont watch their tutorials. The GR are the worst tutorial makers of DCS. Their tutorials are often wrong/outdated, low quality and teach many bad habbits.
  16. We are getting a world map soon or later. There is no point in requesting maps
  17. Die JF-17 hat dies bereits implementiert
  18. You dont. Modules are bound to your account which means you could install the planes as often as you want but you can only access them when you are logged in with your DCS account
  19. Also no word in the training mission that its automatic. You have to do it on your own.
  20. That is false. Its has a automatic takeoff trim assistant but its definnitily not a automatic takeoff. Source: Chucks JF-17 guide and official Deka Ironwork quick guide.
  21. Whoops I am sorry. I confused SD-10 with PL-10
  22. Pretty sure you can already make AI trucks driving between warehouses by using the advanced waypoint settings.
  23. 40 = 40 seconds until the missile activates it own seeker head
  24. Its a AIM-9M but with better seeker and its faster
