  1. please do it as its very irritating the repetitive cycle of cylinders at different RPM.
  2. you can't insert files on the kneeboard. Only images of resolution 512x512 px.
  3. I beg to differ. Tanks are built to withstand HE and AP rounds. What can be modeled as indirect hit damages is tracks separation, gun deformity, loss of TIS, radio, other "Steel Beasty" feats.
  4. I wouldn't know but the sounds have been pointed out as issue by Jabbers even before release and still hasn't been addressed by devs. The only thing they addressed was the pilots textures. What is even funnier is the fact that this planes mirror is actually in the Mig-21 mirror.
  5. I am not sure if the tank modeling has improved to allow top attacks to render tanks disabled or at least destroyed. I just wish tanks could be fully modeled.
  6. there is a lot of rattling in external and internal views before starting engine when unpaused.
  7. Full deflection of rudder causes nearly skid-looking tailwheel at slow speed. The tailwheel feels without grip at such extreme angles.
  8. I think the axis for elevation control is meant to be used on a Leo bonder or a separate axes/buttons controller.
  9. One gripe I have with this module is the internal engine startup sound and the lawnmower sound at maximum RPM. Is it realistic?
  10. there isn't. Around 250 kph the nose starts to climb, relax the pull and stabilize in attitude. She lifts off the ground no problem. Tires intact.
  11. lost both wings and kept flying like a ghost wing. No problems with ailerons.. hahahaaaaa
  12. Can we get the option (I know its freely sliding) for afterburner detent lifts?
  13. At the rundown (LSO platform), you begin the turn to the ninety. As you cross the ships wake, you expedite turn to final bearing and put your datum on the crotch. Then you zoom in, and follow the ball all the way down. Once shot off the catapult, you do a clearing turn depending on which cats you were shot from (1/2, bow cats turn right, 3/4 waist cats turn left) climb to 500 ft/300 kts out to 7 DME then circle back reciprocal to BRC continue to 10 DME then turn in to BRC at 600/ 350 kts overflying starboard beam. Once at 1.5 DME, begin the 1% G turn following Lex's videos.
  14. Just like a normal hook-up, you don't want your hook extended after the affair has been put to order. Maybe airflow over the hook can let it catch cold and cough cough *. Or maybe, maybe get pneumonia. Maybe the paint on the hook can get chipped off from the hot air exhaust, or maybe the tip of the hook can get really hot from the exhaust and then deform to become limp preventing hooking onto the wire.
  15. This is for with stores. 800/490L centerline, two Rs and four two-mount 60's. You guys should post a track. Also, you don't pull and hold you relax a little bit without going too far forward with the stick or going back to where you were with the stick and it just peels off nicely from the runway.
  16. are you within 45 degrees to the runway landing course? close enough?
  17. Instead of complicating myself with BRC minus 9 and Magvar, I fly BRC and 1.5 miles ahead of tacan I turn 180 to BRC, then at ships roundabout I turn to the ninety, check 450 then the groove at 400.. I think its best if mission designers allow exact headwind to the final bearing so as not to complicate corrections. This is quite a useful thread with lots of useful info. Thanks OP and everybody!
  18. I like your work. The vanilla sounds require improvement, at least in the flyby department.
  19. rotate as soon as you're gaining speed past 100 km/h. When the nose begins to climb, relax pull a little so as to get the takeoff attitude - around 10 units of AoA. Its easily discernible at the 9 o'clock position on the AoA scale (the one with yellow and red dashes, on your right next to the SPO Beryoza simple RWR). You just hold this attitude and as soon as you see the earth going below you (the runway sidelines), retract gear and flaps and keep the pull as is.
  20. Yes The units are imperial to match the plane's avionics. In the first mission, the briefing tells you to convert to imperial (km, kmh, meters). there is no Russian subtitling. Pure English, voice and subs. Its a great campaign. Buy it.
  21. the comments are priceless hahahahaaaaaaaa
  22. Please post a track without changing to external views.
  23. Thats ok buddy it happens to the best of us.
