  1. Lossless scaling improved a lot recently and I use it for different games. But I have still the same issue trying to run it on my 3 monitor setup as already described above a while ago. The setup: - main 5120x1440 monitor - 2 additional 800x600 monitors to display DCS MFD outputs - I use Helios Profile editor to create a DCS monitor setup file with the total resolution of 5920x1440 (the two smaller outputs are virtually right of my main screen on top of each other, see pic below). In DCS I set the resolution manually to 5920x1440, so as defined in Helios the small monitors to display each MFD view respectively. Works perfectly The problem: LS works and I get a huge fps boost in DCS, BUT when I switch it on in-game the whole monitor view is shifted exactly half the resolution of my small monitors to the left (they are shown half in their respective small monitors and half on my main monitor and main monitor left side is cut). Maybe these pictures help explaining (first pic LS off, second LS on): The question(s): Why does LS scaling do this shift and more importantly how can I fix this? I already fiddled around with different resolutions, the multi-monitor option in LS and Helios, but can't make it work. Anybody has a clue? Edit: Lossless Scaling settings null
  2. This works very well for many games for me. But I cannot make it work with my main monitor (5210x1440) and two additional MFD displays (800x600). The two MFDs desktops are virtually arranged top right and bottom right of my main. When I run Lossless scaling the MFD pictures are shown half on the main monitor and half on the respective small displays. I tried to fiddle around with the crop setting, but couldn't manage. Any idea to make lossless scaling run with the three monitors? Settings: Scaling mode: auto / Fullscreen Scaling type: off Frame Gen: LSFG 2.1 x2 Capture: DXGI Output display: 5120x1440 Multi-display mode: on (played around with these settings, no joy)
  3. Hi, I also used Hud fixes via lua files for my 49" monitor and was able to join servers previously. With the 2.9 update I break IC without changes on my side or the server's (i checked with them). Is this intentional? Any work around for the widescreen blurry-ness instead?
  4. Hi, did anything change on the servers regarding integrity checks since 2.9? My lua files for wide-screen hud readability doesn't go through anymore. Used to work with no issues before. I asked server admins, no changes on their side. Any intel on this?
  5. Sadly also no improvement for me. Theoretical 170 fps though.. Time for an update. 5600x with 3070. And I thought I was actually cpu bottlenecked and not gpu..

  9. I don't know if this is the right place, but it seems people have some experience with external monitors here. My export of the MPDs to my small monitors works but it's very, very dark (video brightness knob already turned fully up, tried night mode, too). In game MPD screens look fine. I don't have this issue with the A10 MFDs. Any ideas? Can I adjust brightness anywhere?

  13. Hi, looking into the PDF from this post helped me a lot to install everything. Esp. the part about the DCS.AH-64D.hif.json. I missed that all the previous times. I can now see the pilot's mfds finally

  16. Something to add here. I have a strange "texture-mirroring" problem, I think it's connected to the clouds. See linked picture for better understanding. In this example the frame of the plane is ghosting atop https://ibb.co/kDDTB2V Any ideas?

Hey, not sure if this related to Liberation (external campaign tool) itself, but when playing multiplayer sessions with that planes from my buddies don't show up in my A10 TAD nor in my augmented HMD view. The other players also don't seem to see me in their respective datalink systems in their Hornets. All other ai controlled planes of the same types (A10, F18) are displayed. I am hosting the MP session on my client as a dedicated server, no other problems. Any ideas what may cause this or is this perhaps a Liberation related issue, if anybody knows that? Edit: that includes also the issue that I cannot even see another A10 with the same group ID...
  19. Thanks again for the tip, I did it finally! I was just not close enough to the AO. Same happened to me with the last attack on the city but I also found the right spot at the end. Happy to hop into the next mission, really enjoying it

  21. Really enjoying this up to now. But I am really stuck in mission 5 (?). It's the combined attack on Qeshm Island. Trying to follow the JTAC's instructions to attack the single T55 from a certain attack angle (I think it's 280°). Whatever I do, the JTAC is not ok with my performance and orders me to break off ("winter, winter"). I am certain I come from 280° and I don't know what I am doing wrong. Any hints for me?
  22. Just wanted to report same jitter issues with clouds. 2D, Trackir, clouds @ultra. Crossing fingers for a fix, kills the mood a bit with the new clouds
  23. I second that, don't bother with this types of cluster bombs. For unarmored targets I went back using good old Mk82s....
