Thanks. I wasn't sure but wanted to ask. In Flight Simulator 2004 I can lean out the cockpit with my TIR3 pro with VE so I figured it would be okay with the Black Shark addon.

Do does this mean we need TIR 4 because TIR 3 will not cut it?

In one section of it you ride a long with the instructors at Red Flag who are flying F-16s against some students in F-15s. Also, there is bonus footage of an F-16 at the Paris Airshow which is all from the HUD perspective. I have this DVD myself and highly recommend it. I just watched it yet again last week.

I have often thought that it would be rather interesting to see ED do a flight sim that focussed only on the Vietnam era aircraft. To try an aircraft modelled by ED in the form of a Mig-21, Mig-23, F4-Phantom etc....that would be fun I bet.

Also, perhaps obvious...but don't forget to defrag your drive before you reinstall.

Has anyone noticed the new 3D weapons modelling which came with the patch? I went through the encyclopedia yesterday and was rather impressed with the new 3D modelling. Well done to those who contributed to the changes. There really is some impressive work showing there. Thanks.

Exactly. And...if you really want to make things interesting and different everytime you play the mission...be sure to set the AI level to "random." This rule applies to ground as well as air assets. Makes for loads of fun and challenge.

Ahhh...this could very well be. I've just spent this afternoon trying to get the program to play missions I made with prior version and some play, some don't and cause freeze up.
