  1. I would highly suggest using input curves for the Joystick axes. By Default it is very easy to over control the P-51. See page 24 of the DCS user manual. Nate
  2. It's working again. Nate
  3. The Eshop is broken at the moment. Nate
  4. Yeah it seems the e-shop is broken again. Nate
  5. I was wondering when this would turn up. Nate
  6. That may have been the case in early versions of A-10, but not now. The player can always communicate IIRC. Nate
  7. Embedded it . tEweoCnIuPc Deserves its own thread I think............. Nate
  8. I would very much like to see support for this in DCS. Nate
  9. Odd - I'll see if I can pass that on......... Nate
  10. I have always thought there is a market for more FC level modules, the AH-64 for example, would be a great addition. As for concerns about FC level and DCS level integration in Multiplayer, it isn't a problem in my view, as the server/mission designer has complete control over which modules interact online. Nate
  11. Basically it is a pseudo hard disk held in RAM. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAM_drive You could create, say, a 12gb RAM disk - copy the DCS folder to it and run DCS from there. Of course since this is in RAM, you would have to copy the DCS folder into the RAM disk again, after the computer reboots. Annoying, but the trade off in sheer speed of using RAM, over a Hard disk would be worth it IMO. Nate
  12. With that amount of RAM I'd be using a Ram disk for DCS - it would really fly! Nate
  13. No to the fancy sights, there is a bar in the way....... Nate
  14. There is no defined time frame other than "When it's done" Nate
  15. The AIs Visibility of targets is very much influenced by conditions. Illumination rockets do have an effect, as does pitch darkness. Nate
  16. Doubt it, at least not that I know of.... Nate
  17. I agree - however the input system was designed years before the auto updater was thought of, and as such will require a bit of thinking about to retro fit. Nate
  18. Engine sounds are quite basic in CA. I don't think it was ever intented to be more than it is now. That Crash is known and being worked on, but thanks for reporting it. Nate
  19. This is known. Still a WIP Nate
  20. This is intentional - not that I agree with it. Nate
  21. In order for DCS to use the new Keys you must delete ---> C:\Users\<Username>\Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input\ground_unit\keyboard Nate
  22. In order for DCS to use the new Keys you must delete ---> C:\Users\<Username>\Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input\ground_unit\keyboard Nate
  23. Yes you can see your aircraft tail by turing your head around. There is no restriction. Nate
  24. It will take as long as it takes. It has been ever thus. Nate
  25. IIRC it is Options.lua in C:\Users\<Username>\Saved Games\DCS\Config Nate
